Abstract
Description
DD259021A1は、レシプロ圧縮機駆動装置のラジアル軸受を開示する。ここではコンポジット軸受として設計されたラジアル軸受が記載されており、該軸受は、ハウジング内へ設置することにより、及びそれに付随して現れた変形により、定義された圧縮プレテンションが滑り層内に発達するように、そのジオメトリに関して構成されている。これにより、軸受の負荷能力が向上し得る。
本発明は、滑り軸受シェルの軸受メタルの疲労強度を向上させる方法を開発することを目指している。
AlSnからなる軸受メタル層を有する軸受シェル(以下にさらに記載される)は、ノズルから出現するコランダム粒子を有する、(以下にさらに記載される)軸受シェル用投射デバイス内で投射される。ここで、ノズルは、気圧2.5乃至5バール、好ましくは3.0乃至4.0バールで空気を放出する空気供給手段(例えばブロワ―)に接続されている。前記コランダム粒子は、ノズル内に供給され、空気フローにより運ばれ、その後空気フローにより軸受シェルに対して投射される。軸受シェルに対して投射されるその粒子は、平均直径10乃至60μmを有する。
Claims (7)
- 軸受シェルの投射された側面内に圧縮残留応力を発生させるため、軸受シェルは軸受メタル側面にコランダム粒子で投射される、滑り軸受用軸受シェルを製造する方法であって、
前記軸受シェルの軸受メタルは前記粒子の衝撃により圧縮されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記軸受メタル側面に対して前記粒子を圧力2.5乃至5バール、好ましくは3乃至4バールで投射する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至2のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造した軸受シェル。
- 請求項3に記載の軸受シェルであって、軸受シェルの未投射軸受メタルは硬さ最大約115 Hv 0.01を有する一方で、投射された領域における軸受メタルは硬さ最低約130 Hv 0.01を有し、及び/又は前記硬さは投射により、前記非投射エリアと比べて10%以上だけ、特に好ましくは13%だけ局所的に増加する、軸受シェル。
- 2以上の層からなる軸受シェルが投射される、請求項3又は4に記載の軸受シェル。
- 軸受シェルの軸受メタルとして、アルミニウム合金、好ましくはアルミニウム−スズ合金を使用し、及び前記軸受メタルは好ましくはロールメッキ加工により鋼裏金上に適用される、請求項5に記載の軸受シェル。
- 前記軸受シェルは3層からなり、その中間層は好ましくは純粋なアルミニウム又は合金元素Mn,Cu,Ni,Cr,Zr,V,Mg及び/もしくはSiを有するアルミニウム合金からなる、請求項5乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の軸受シェル。
