Abstract
Description
−布支持テープ(T)を、該テープの引張強度が100N/cm未満になるまで繊維を弱くすることが可能である処理液体(4)で処理する工程、
−続いて、前記布支持テープ(T)を、洗浄および中和する工程、ならびに
−最後に、接着剤を含む被覆を、前記支持テープ(T)の少なくとも1つの側面に施す工程。
Claims (15)
- 手切れ性布粘着テープ(T)を製造する方法であって、
1.1)布支持テープ(T)を、前記テープの引張強度が100N/cm未満になるまで繊維を弱めることが可能である処理液体(4)で処理する工程と、
1.2)続いて、前記布支持テープ(T)を、洗浄および中和する工程と、
1.3)最後に、接着剤を含む被覆を、前記支持テープ(T)の少なくとも1つの側面に施す工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記布支持テープ(T)は、連続的または非連続的処理において前記処理液体(4)で処理されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記布支持テープ(T)は、連続的に案内されて、所定の速度で、少なくとも一回処理装置(3)を通されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記布支持テープ(T)は、前記処理液体(4)として、苛性アルカリ溶液または酸を用いて処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理液体(4)の温度は、少なくとも501℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリマーフィラメントで作製された織布支持テープが、前記布支持テープ(T)として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記布支持テープ(T)は、ポリエステル織布支持テープであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル織布支持テープは、アルカリ化されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル織布支持テープは、水酸化ナトリウムを用いてアルカリ化されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも10g/Lの濃度を有する水酸化ナトリウムが用いられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記布支持テープ(T)は、前記処理液体(4)によって、少なくとも4分間の処理時間で処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記布支持テープ(T)は、前記処理装置(3)において、1:20以上の液比を用いて処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 手切れ性布粘着テープを製造するための、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するシステムであって、
布支持テープ(T)のための供給部(1)と、さらに、前記供給部(1)からの前記布支持テープ(T)が100N/cm未満の引張強度になるまで、繊維を弱めることが可能である処理液体(4)で処理される処理装置(3)とを含み、
前記処理後に前記布支持テープ(T)を洗浄および中和するための洗浄装置(7)と、前記支持テープ(T)の少なくとも1つの側面を接着剤で被覆するための最終アプリケータとをさらに含むシステム。 - 前記処理装置(3)は、アルカリ化ユニット(3)として構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 特に、オイルまたはグリースを前記布支持テープ(T)から除去するための洗浄ステーション(2)が、前記処置装置(3)の上流に備えられることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載のシステム。
