Claims (10)
- 特に自動車の内燃機関の排気系のための排気ガス分配器であって、
−前記内燃機関の少なくとも1つのシリンダに割り当てられた第1の流入口(7)を、ターボチャージャーのタービンに割り当てられた第1の流出口(8)と流体接続する第1の排気路(4)と、前記内燃機関の少なくとも1つのシリンダに割り当てられた第2の流入口(9)を、前記タービンに割り当てられた第2の流出口(10)と流体接続する第2の排気路(5)と、前記第2の排気路(5)を排気ガス冷却器に割り当てられた第3の流出口(11)と流体接続する第3の排気路(6)と、を有する分配器ハウジング(2)と、
−前記第2の流入口(9)から流入する排気の流れを前記第2の流出口(10)と前記第3の流出口(11)とに分配することを制御するための、その端位置(17’、17”)でストッパ輪郭(18、19)と共働する、調節可能な制御要素(17)とを備え、
−前記制御要素(17)が、前記分配器ハウジング(2)とは別個に製造されて前記分配器ハウジング(2)に組み込まれている制御ハウジング(20)に収納されている排気ガス分配器において、
前記ストッパ輪郭(18、19)が前記制御ハウジング(20)に形成されていることを特徴とする、排気ガス分配器。 - 前記制御要素(17)が、前記制御ハウジング(20)において排気の流れる方向に対して横方向へ方向づけられた旋回軸(21)の周りを旋回調節可能に配置されており、前記制御ハウジング(20)が、前記旋回軸(21)と平行に前記分配器ハウジング(2)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガス分配器。
- 前記分配器ハウジング(2)が、前記分配器ハウジング(2)の外側に配置された受容口(23)を備える受容部(22)を有し、前記受容口(23)を通じて前記制御ハウジング(20)が前記受容部(22)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排気ガス分配器。
- 前記制御ハウジング(20)のフランジ(24)は、前記受容口(23)を密封し、前記分配器ハウジング(2)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の排気ガス分配器。
- 前記受容口(23)が、前記分配器ハウジング(2)の前記流入口(7、9)と同じ側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の排気ガス分配器。
- −前記制御ハウジング(20)が一体構造の鋳造物である、及び/又は
−前記分配器ハウジング(2)が一体構造の鋳造物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス分配器。 - 前記制御要素(17)がフラップ、特にバタフライフラップであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス分配器。
- 前記第1の流入口(7)及び前記第2の流入口(9)が、単純な状態で、内燃機関のシリンダヘッドに直接配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス分配器。
- 前記流入口(7、9)の夫々がシリンダに精確に割り当てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス分配器。
- 前記第1の流出口(8)がターボチャージャーの複流タービンの第1の入口に割り当てられ、また、前記第2の流出口(10)が前記複流タービンの第2の入口に割り当てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス分配器。
