Claims (9)
- 自動車の排ガス流動用バイパス弁(1)であって、
弁ハウジング(2)と、弁フラップ(9、14)と、弁フラップ(9、14)によって択一的に閉鎖される2つの流体出口用連結部(4、5)及び流体入口用連結部(6)を備える作動装置(3)と、を備えた三方弁であり、
少なくとも部分的に、そして流体が漏れないように密閉されて弁ハウジング(2)に配されたアダプタ兼シールリング(7)が流体出口用連結部(4、5)にそれぞれ配され、アダプタ兼シールリング(7)に弁フラップ(9、14)が、流体が漏れないように密閉されて位置しており、
前記流体出口用連結部(4、5)の流動横断面は、アダプタ兼シールリング(7)の中空シリンダーケーシング厚さを調整することにより調整可能であることを特徴とするバイパス弁(1)。 - アダプタ兼シールリング(7)は、中空シリンダーとして形成され、連結部(4、5)に突設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイパス弁(1)。
- アダプタ兼シールリング(7)は、中空シリンダーケーシングの厚さを調整することにより弁フラップ(9、14)の幾何形態に調整可能に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバイパス弁(1)。
- 弁フラップ(9、14)を備える作動装置(3)は、弁ハウジング(2)に密閉され、かつカンチレバー方式で装着されるスピンドル(11)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のバイパス弁(1)。
- 弁ハウジング(2)は、下部のハーフ弁ハウジング(2.1)及び上部のハーフ弁ハウジング(2.2)で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のバイパス弁(1)。
- 下部及び上部のハーフ弁ハウジング(2.1、2.2)は、対称に合致して連結されるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバイパス弁(1)。
- 弁フラップは、単純フラップ(9)として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のバイパス弁(1)。
- 弁フラップは、二重フラップ(14)として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のバイパス弁(1)。
- 弁フラップ(9、14)は、アダプタ兼シールリング(7)に密閉して当接するように、フラップブラケット(10)に対してジンバル方式で装着(gimbal−mounted)されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のバイパス弁(1)。
