Claims (11)
- 分配構成部材(4)の排気入口(8)と結合される排気マニホールド(2)を有する排気アセンブリであって、
排気を分配構成部材(4)の低圧接続部(10)および/または高圧接続部(9)に導くために適切なアクチュエータ(7)が分配構成部材(4)に配置され、高圧側で高圧タービンハウジング(5)が分配構成部材(4)と結合され、低圧側で低圧タービンハウジング(6)が分配構成部材(4)と結合され、高圧タービンハウジング(5)の高圧排気出口(20)と低圧タービンハウジング(6)の低圧排気入口(39)とを結合する結合通路(11)が、分配構成部材(4)を通して延在し、分配構成部材(4)が鋳造された構成部材であり、低圧および高圧タービン(13、15)の内側および外側ハウジング(19、30;23、32)が薄板シェルから形成される排気アセンブリにおいて、分配構成部材(4)がバイパス通路(24)を備え、バイパス通路(24)を通して、高圧タービンハウジング(5)の高圧排気出口(20)から低圧タービン(15)を迂回して、分配構成部材(4)の排気出口(16)に排気を導入できることを特徴とする排気アセンブリ。 - バイパス通路(24)がバイパス弁(25)によって遮断可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 排気マニホールド(2)が、排気マニホールド(2)の内側ハウジング(27)と排気マニホールド(2)の外側ハウジング(26)との間に空隙(28)を備えることと、低圧および高圧タービンハウジング(5、6)が、低圧および高圧タービンハウジング(5、6)の内側および外側ハウジング(19、30;23、32)の間に空隙(29、31)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 排気マニホールド(2)の空隙(28)が、低圧および高圧タービンハウジング(5、6)の空隙(29、31)から分離されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 分配構成部材(4)が、低圧タービンハウジング(6)と、高圧タービンハウジング(5)と、排気マニホールド(2)と金属結合により結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 低圧および高圧タービン段(13、15)の外側ハウジング(32)が、排気マニホールド(2)の外側ハウジング(26)と金属結合により結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 低圧および高圧タービン(13、15)の外側ハウジング(30、32)が、排気マニホールド(2)の外側ハウジング(26)を包囲することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 低圧および高圧タービン(13、15)の内側ハウジング(19、23)が、摺動座(33、34)を形成しつつ分配構成部材(4)と結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 排気マニホールド(2)の内側ハウジング(27)が、摺動座を形成しつつ分配構成部材(4)と結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 高圧タービンハウジング(5)の高圧排気出口(20)と低圧タービンハウジング(6)の低圧排気入口(39)とを結合する結合通路(11)が、摺動座(18)を形成しつつ分配構成部材(4)と結合される薄板からなる長さ部分(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の排気アセンブリ。
- 低圧タービン(15)の低圧排気出口(40)が、分配構成部材(4)の排気出口(16)に開口することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の排気アセンブリ。
