Claims (14)
- 2つの排気ガス流路(26、27)を有する中央部(21)を備える内燃機関用の排気マニホールドであって、
前記内燃機関の第1のシリンダ群からの排気ガスが前記中央部の第1の排気ガス流路(26)に供給され、前記内燃機関の第2のシリンダ群からの排気ガスが前記中央部の第2の排気ガス流路(27)に供給され、前記第1のシリンダ群からの排気ガスは、前記第1の排気ガス流路(26)を介して第1のタービン流路に供給され、前記第2のシリンダ群からの排気ガスは、前記第2の排気ガス流路(27)を介して第2のタービン流路に供給され、エンジンブレーキ機能に影響を及ぼすための制御要素(30)と排気ガス圧力に影響を及ぼすための制御要素(43)と排気ガス再循環率に影響を及ぼすための制御要素(59)が前記中央部(21)に組み込まれることを特徴とする排気マニホールド。 - 前記エンジンブレーキ機能に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(30)が、互いに平行に延びる前記排気ガス流路(26、27)の2つの部分を互いに分離する前記中央部(21)の壁部(29)に組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記エンジンブレーキ機能に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(30)が、第1の切替位置において、前記内燃機関が燃焼している間に前記中央部(21)の壁部(29)の開口部(32)を閉鎖し、前記2つの排気ガス流路(26、27)を互いに分離し、第2の切替位置において、前記内燃機関のエンジン制動モードの間に前記中央部(21)の壁部(29)の開口部(32)を開放し、前記2つの排気ガス流路(26、27)を共に接続して、前記2つの排気ガス流路の一方(26)を少なくとも部分的に閉鎖するフラップ弁として構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記フラップ弁が、大きさの異なる2つの有効面積を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記エンジンブレーキ機能に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(30)が、操作軸(33)に偏心して支持され、操作手段(34)が、前記制御要素(30)を操作するために前記操作軸(33)に作用することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記中央部の外壁に支えられ、かつ軸受(38)に向かって前記操作軸(33)を引張するばね要素(36)が、前記操作軸(30)に作用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記排気ガス圧力に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(43)が、前記エンジンブレーキ機能に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(30)の上流に取り付けられ、かつ前記中央部(21)の壁部に組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記排気ガス圧力に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(43)が、第1の切替位置において前記2つの排気ガス流路(26、27)を互いに分離し、第2の切替位置において前記2つの排気ガス流路(26、27)を共に接続し、両方の切替位置で両方の排気ガス流路(26、27)を開放する弁として具体化されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記排気ガス圧力に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(43)が操作軸(48)に支持され、操作手段(51)が、前記制御要素(43)を操作するために前記操作軸(48)に作用することを特徴とする請求項7あるいは8に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記中央部の外壁に支えられ、かつ軸受(53)に向かって前記操作軸(48)を引張するばね要素(52)が、前記操作軸(48)に作用することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記排気ガス再循環率に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(59)が、前記中央部(21)の排気ガス再循環接続部(57)に組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記排気ガス再循環率に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(59)がフラップ弁として具体化され、前記フラップ弁の位置が、前記排気ガス再循環接続部を通して前記再循環される排気ガスの体積流量を調整するように機能することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記排気ガス再循環率に影響を及ぼすための前記制御要素(59)が操作軸(60)に支持され、操作手段が、前記制御要素(59)を操作するために前記操作軸(60)に作用することを特徴とする請求項11あるいは12に記載の排気マニホールド。
- 前記中央部の外壁に支えられ、かつ軸受(63)に向かって前記操作軸(62)を引張するばね要素(62)が、前記操作軸(60)に作用することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の排気マニホールド。
