層2:60% w/wのPLA及び40% w/wのPBS
層3:100% w/wのPBS
測定されたシート#8の物理的特性は以下のとおりであった:最大荷重での応力は44Mpa、破断歪は4.1%及びヤング率は1374Mpaであった。
層1:100% w/wのEcoflex
層2:50% w/wのPLA及び50% w/wのPBAT
層3:100% w/wのEcoflex
測定されたシート#9の物理的特性は以下のとおりであった:最大荷重での応力は38Mpa、破断歪は559%及びヤング率は837Mpaであった。
シート#10:25% w/wのPLA及び75% w/wのPBSAから成る単層生分解性シートを、シート#1について上述の同一の手順を用いて調製した。ここで、用いたポリマーの量は125grのPLA及び375grのPBSであった。測定されたシート#10の物理的、機械的、熱的及びバリア特性は以下のとおりであった:
層1:約25% w/wのPLA及び約75% w/wのPBSAから成る;
層2:約100% w/wのPBSAから成る;そして
層3:約25% w/wのPLA及び約75% w/wのPBSAから成る。

層2:約100% w/wのPBSAから成る;
層3:約100% w/wのPVOHから成る;
層4:約100% w/wのPBSAから成る;そして

層2:PBSA及び約20% w/wのナノ−カオリンから成る;
層3:約100% w/wのPVOHから成る;
層4:PBSA及び約20% w/wのナノ−カオリンから成る;そして
層5:約25% w/wのPLA及び約75% w/wのPBSAから成る。
シート#14:3層生分解性シートを、シート#1について上述の手順に従って調製した。ここで、各層の重さは最終のシートの重さの3分の1を構成する。3層シート#14は、以下の3つの層から成る:
層1:約75% w/wのPLA及び約25% w/wのPBSAから成る;
層2:約100% w/wのPBSAから成る;そして
層3:約75% w/wのPLA及び約25% w/wのPBSAから成る。

Claims (20)
- ガスバリア材料を含む生分解性シート。
- 該ガスバリア材料がナノクレイである、請求項1に記載の生分解性シート。
- 該ガスバリア材料がポリビニルアルコール(PVOH)である、請求項1に記載の生分解性シート。
- 該ガスバリア材料がナノクレイ及びPVOHである、請求項1に記載の生分解性シート。
- 該ナノクレイが、モンモリロナイト(montmorrilonite)、バーミキュライト、ナノ−カオリン、ベントナイト、Cloisite(登録商標)又はこれらの任意の組み合わせをベースとしている、請求項2に記載の生分解性シート。
- 該ナノクレイが該生分解性組成物のバルク中に分散されている、請求項2に記載の生分解性シート。
- 該ナノクレイが、生分解性ポリマー及び該ナノクレイを含む別個のナノコンポジット層として該生分解性シートに添加される、請求項2に記載の生分解性シート。

- 液体を貯蔵するための区画及び該液体をそこから取り除くための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の生分解性シートから調製された容器ユニット。
- さらにハンガーを含む、請求項19に記載の容器ユニット。
