Abstract
Description
・大きな破片を完全に乾燥するには、後続の乾燥工程に負荷が掛りすぎる。あるいは、破片を小さく切断する装置を混練機と乾燥器の間に設置してもよいが、集中的な保守が必要となる。
・充填度を高めた結果、混練機に過剰の負荷が掛り、生成物の間に摩擦が生ずる。

Claims (26)
- 物理的、化学的及び/又は熱的工程を実行する装置であって、
ハウジング(3)内の少なくとも2つの軸(1、2)に複数の混合・清掃部材(5)及び複数の板状部材が備えられ、軸(1、2)の複数の混合・清掃部材(5)は互いの噛み合い且つ前記板状部材は混練棒を有し、
混練棒を有する前記板状部材の数は、それぞれの軸の回転数の比率に応じて決められることを特徴とする装置。 - 物理的、化学的及び/又は熱的工程を実行する装置であって、
ハウジング(3)内の少なくとも2つの軸(1、2)に複数の混合・清掃部材(5)及び複数の板状部材が備えられ、軸(1、2)の複数の混合・清掃部材(5)は互いの噛み合い且つ前記板状部材は混練棒を有し、
軸(1、2)の回転方向が同一であることを特徴とする装置。 - 軸(1、2)の互いの回転速度は整数比であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 軸(1、2)の互いの回転速度は整数比ではないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 回転の速い軸の回転速度は、他の軸の回転速度の最大1.5倍であるであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の板状部材のそれぞれは、前記回転速度に応じた数の先端部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記それぞれの先端部は、混練棒を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- ハウジング(3)のL/D比は最大5.3であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸(1及び/又は2)は、少なくとも一端が二重の軸受により支えられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸(1及び/又は2)は、少なくとも一端が2つの隔たった軸受(22、23)により軸受ハウジング(26)に支えられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 軸(1及び/又は2)と軸受ハウジング(26)の間に、軸(1及び/又は2)を収納し且つ2つの隔たった軸受(22、23)により軸受ハウジング(26)に支えられている円筒(21)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸(1及び/又は2)は、鍛造且つ旋盤又は切削加工した管材から製造したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記混合・清掃部材は、プレスで粗加工した部品から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 製品の排出は、二重の排出スクリューを用い、傾斜の調整可能な排出口により行われることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記混合・清掃部材の混練棒(9.1、9.2)は、鋭利な縁を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 混練棒(9.1、9.2)は、前記混合・清掃部材にずらして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸(1、2)は積極的に加熱又は冷却されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸(1、2)は、軸方向が2つの異なった温度帯に区分されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ハウジング(3)内は、減圧、常圧又は加圧下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 排出口(12)には、1軸又は多軸の排出スクリューが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記スクリューには、排気口が取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。
- ロードセルが設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項21のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- トルク監視装置が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項22のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ハウジング(3)の下流に乾燥装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項23のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸(1、2)に、間隔をおかずに重ねて、互いに回転した複数の板状部材(6)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項24のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記回転は、360度を速度の比率により除した値であることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の装置。
