Abstract
1. Устройство для проведения механических, химических и/или термических процессов в корпусе (3), содержащее смесительные и очищающие элементы (5), установленные по меньшей мере на двух валах (1, 2) и имеющие дисковые элементы (6) с месильными брусьями (9), причем смесительные и очищающие элементы (5) одного вала (1, 2) входят в промежутки между смесительными и очищающими элементами (5) другого вала (2, 1), отличающееся тем, что дисковые элементы имеют вершины (30), количество которых соответствует отношению скоростей вращения, причем на каждой вершине или у каждой вершины установлен месильный брус, а валы (1, 2) имеют одинаковое направление вращения.2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что скорость вращения более быстрого вала максимум в 1,5 раза больше, чем скорость вращения другого вала.3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что месильные брусья (9.1, 9.2) смесительных или очищающих элементов имеют острые кромки.4. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что месильные брусья (9.1, 9.2) установлены на смесительных или очищающих элементах со смещением.5. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один вал (1, 2) выполнен с возможностью активного нагревания или охлаждения.6. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один вал (1, 2) разделен в осевом направлении на две различные зоны поддержания температуры.7. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере на одном валу (1, 2) предусмотрены сдвоенные дисковые элементы (6), расположенные друг за другом без промежутка между ними и повернутые друг относительно друга.8. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что угол поворота равен частному отделения 360° на величину отношения скоростей.
Claims (8)
1. Устройство для проведения механических, химических и/или термических процессов в корпусе (3), содержащее смесительные и очищающие элементы (5), установленные по меньшей мере на двух валах (1, 2) и имеющие дисковые элементы (6) с месильными брусьями (9), причем смесительные и очищающие элементы (5) одного вала (1, 2) входят в промежутки между смесительными и очищающими элементами (5) другого вала (2, 1), отличающееся тем, что дисковые элементы имеют вершины (30), количество которых соответствует отношению скоростей вращения, причем на каждой вершине или у каждой вершины установлен месильный брус, а валы (1, 2) имеют одинаковое направление вращения.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что скорость вращения более быстрого вала максимум в 1,5 раза больше, чем скорость вращения другого вала.
3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что месильные брусья (9.1, 9.2) смесительных или очищающих элементов имеют острые кромки.
4. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что месильные брусья (9.1, 9.2) установлены на смесительных или очищающих элементах со смещением.
5. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один вал (1, 2) выполнен с возможностью активного нагревания или охлаждения.
6. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один вал (1, 2) разделен в осевом направлении на две различные зоны поддержания температуры.
7. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере на одном валу (1, 2) предусмотрены сдвоенные дисковые элементы (6), расположенные друг за другом без промежутка между ними и повернутые друг относительно друга.
8. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что угол поворота равен частному отделения 360° на величину отношения скоростей.
