Abstract
Description
ドクターブレードが紙製品をクレープする際にドクターブレードにおける振動の周波数および振幅を測定するように構成され配列されたセンサを用いて、ある期間にわたって、時間によって指し示めされた振動の周波数および振幅を測定するステップと、
測定を時間波形に収集するステップと、
別個の振動帯を含む周波数スペクトルを有する高速フーリエ変換に波形を変えるステップと、
ドクターブレードの許容可能な性能特性と振動帯の特徴を相互に関係付け、許容可能な振動帯のベースラインを定義するステップと、
ドクターブレードがたがた言う音と関連付けられた許容可能な振動帯のベースラインからの偏差の度合いを相互に関係付けられた特徴から予測するステップと、
振動帯上のデータ点が偏差の度合いを超えるときに過度のがたがた言う音が生じたことを出力するステップと、を含む。
警報*(RMS,t)=(wRMSRMS+)(wtt)
によって与えられ、ここで、wRMSおよびwtは、重みパラメータまたは関数であり、tは、警報レベルを上回る時間であり、また、RMS+は、RMS信号とnσ警報値との間の差である。時間積分した警報信号の傾向は、RMSレベルがnσ設定点を上回り、時間と共に増えるときの状況について、0より大きい変動を示すことになる。この方法は、短い持続期間の高RMS値のみならず、長期間の警報レベルよりもわずかに高いままであるRMS値の両方に対処する。

Claims (14)
- クレーピング過程、クリーニング、または遮断動作に使用されるヤンキードライヤードクターブレードからがたがた言う音を検出し対処する方法であって、
ドクターブレードが紙製品をクレープする際にそのドクターブレードにおける振動の周波数および振幅を測定するように構成され配列されたセンサを用いて、ある期間にわたって、時間によって指し示めされた前記振動の前記周波数および振幅を測定するステップと、
前記測定を時間波形に収集するステップと、
別個の振動帯を含む周波数スペクトルを有する高速フーリエ変換に前記時間波形を変えるステップと、
前記ドクターブレードの許容可能な性能特性と前記振動帯の特徴を相互に関係付け、許容可能な振動帯のベースラインを定義するステップと、
ドクターブレードがたがた言う音と関連付けられた前記許容可能な振動帯のベースラインからの偏差の度合いを前記相互に関連付けられた特徴から予測するステップと、
振動帯上のデータ点が前記偏差の度合いを超えるときに過度のがたがた言う音が生じたことを出力するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記センサは加速度計である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは圧電性の加速度計である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記測定は、RMSデータ傾向、ニューラルネットワーク技法、多重回帰分析、AR、ARMAX、部分最小二乗法、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなるグループから選択される1つの過程を利用するように構成され配列されたデータ処理デバイスによって分析されモデル化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記相互関係の少なくとも1つは、前記振動帯の特徴をブレード年齢と比較することによって判断される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記測定は、RMSデータ傾向を利用するように構成され配列されたデータ処理デバイスによって分析されモデル化され、また、前記判断は、鋸歯状の振動帯における勾配が、同じブレードで経時的に連続的に増え、前記ブレードが変えられたときに非連続的になることを留意することによって少なくとも一部なされる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 偏差が、大きさの増加と、前記波形における全データ急増の平均持続期間よりも大きく増える持続期間との両方に起因して前記ベースラインの平均および標準偏差を超えるときにだけ生じるがたがた言う音に起因して、前記ベースラインからの偏差を定義するステップを更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレードが、前記勾配では使用に望まれるには古すぎる前記勾配を予め判断するステップと、そのような勾配が前記波形上に現れるときに前記ブレードを交換するステップとを更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記相互関係の少なくとも1つは、トラックベアリング、バランス、ドライヤー潤滑性、ダストレベル、水分レベル、温度、フェルト年齢、グレード、完成紙料組成、コーティング化学、クリーニングブレード状態(オンまたはオフ)、機械速度、外部源振動、外部圧力源、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせから選択された1つの要因と前記振動帯の特徴を比較することによって判断される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記要因によってもたらされた前記振動帯の特徴の範囲は、非常に広いので、前記センサは、4桁に及ぶ周波数帯域幅を検出することが可能である必要がある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、それ自体が前記ヤンキードライヤードクターブレードに係合されないものの、ブレードホルダに係合されるので、前記ヤンキードライヤードクターブレードの振動を間接的にのみ測定し、そのブレードホルダは、前記ヤンキードライヤードクターブレードに係合され、前記ヤンキードライヤードクターブレードへのより強固な支持を提供するが、正確な測定が行われることができないほど前記振動を減衰させない、請求項1に記載の方法。
