Claims (3)

  1. 以下のプローブ(a)とプローブ(b)とを搭載したデバイス。
    (a)検出の対象となる1種又は2種以上の細菌のそれぞれに特異的な16SrRNAにハイブリダイズする核酸からなるプローブ
    (b)前記1種又は2種以上の細菌が共通に有する塩基配列を含む総量指標プロー
  2. さらに以下のプローブ(c)を搭載した、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
    (c)1種類又は複数種類の絶対量指標プローブ
  3. 以下の工程を含む、被験サンプルから得られるデータの各検出対象菌種のコピー数を演算する方法。
    (1)予め単離された検出対象細菌のそれぞれについて、当該検出対象細菌を検出するためのプローブのシグナル強度比から係数を算出する工程
    (2)上記(1)の工程で算出した算出値をプローブのハイブリダイゼーション効率係数とし、当該ハイブリダイゼーション効率係数を用いて被検サンプルから得られるデータの各検出対象菌種のコピー数を演算する工程
