Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、道路(20)上の水(18)を検出するための自動車(10)用の検出デバイスであって、水分検出ユニット(12)と、評価ユニット(40)とを有し、前記評価ユニット(40)が、前記水分検出ユニット(12)によって検出された水分値(42)に基づいて前記道路(20)上の水(18)を求めるように設計され、前記水分検出ユニット(12)が、センサユニットとして具現化され、前記自動車(10)の後部領域に配置される検出デバイスに関する。

Claims (13)
- 道路(20)上の水(18)を検出するための自動車(10)用の検出デバイス(30)であって、
水分検出ユニット(12)と、評価ユニット(40)とを有し、前記評価ユニット(40)が、前記水分検出ユニット(12)によって検出された水分値(42)に基づいて前記道路(20)上の水(18)を求めるように設計され、
前記水分検出ユニット(12)が、センサユニットとして具現化され、前記自動車(10)の後部領域に配置されることを特徴とする
検出デバイス(30)。 - 前記評価ユニット(40)が、前記自動車(10)の現在位置を特定するための位置検出ユニット(44)に接続され、前記検出された水分値(42)と前記自動車(10)の現在位置とに基づいて前記道路(20)上の前記水(18)を求めるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記位置検出ユニット(44)が、前記自動車(10)の前記現在位置の道路情報(48)を前記評価ユニット(40)に提供するように設計され、前記評価ユニット(40)が、さらに、後続の経路上におけるハイドロプレーニング現象の危険状況を予測的に推定するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記位置検出ユニット(44)が、データベース(46)またはデータメモリ(46)から前記道路情報(48)を呼び出して、前記評価ユニット(40)に提供するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記道路情報(48)が、前記道路(20)のハイドロプレーニング特性に関する情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記道路情報(48)が、前記水分値(42)に関するしきい値を含むことを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記評価ユニット(40)が、前記求められた水(18)に基づいて警告信号を提供するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記自動車(10)のボディが、前記自動車(10)の水飛沫(54)が前記後部領域の表面上に付着されるように具現化されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記水分検出ユニット(12)が、前記水分検出ユニット(12)が配置された前記後部領域の表面(32)上の水分を検出するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記水分検出ユニット(12)が雨センサ(12)を有し、前記雨センサ(12)が、前記自動車(10)のリアガラス(14)に割り当てられ、前記リアガラス(14)の前記表面(32)上の水分(34)を検出するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の検出デバイス。
- 前記水分検出ユニット(12)が、ワイパ要素(16)に割り当てられ、前記ワイパ要素(16)が、前記表面(32)から前記水分(34)を除去するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の検出デバイス。
- 道路(20)上の水(18)を検出するための方法であって、
自動車(10)の後部領域でセンサユニットによって水分値(42)を検出するステップと、
前記検出された水分値(42)に基づいて前記道路(20)上の前記水(18)を求めるステップと
を含む方法。 - さらに、後続の経路上におけるハイドロプレーニング現象の危険状況が、前記検出された水分値(42)と、位置検出ユニットによって特定された前記自動車(10)の現在位置とに基づいて予測的に推定されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の道路(20)上の水(18)を検出するための方法。
