Abstract
Description
本発明者等は、上記した図1および図2で示す形態の粉体供給装置を用いたレーザクラッド加工装置を使用して被加工部材の加工部位(アルミを母材とするエンジン用シリンダヘッドのバルブシート部)に銅合金からなる肉盛層(クラッド層)を形成し、その際の同軸ノズル側の接続配管の出口圧と肉盛層の厚さ(肉盛厚さ)との関係を評価した。
本発明者等は、図7で示す形態の粉体供給装置を用いたレーザクラッド加工装置を使用して被加工部材の加工部位(アルミを母材とするエンジン用シリンダヘッドのバルブシート部)に銅合金からなる肉盛層(クラッド層)を形成し、その際の同軸ノズル側の接続配管の長さと出口圧との関係を評価した。
Claims (4)
- レーザ光を通過させるとともに該レーザ光の周囲から該レーザ光へ向かって粉体を吐出する粉体肉盛ノズルへ粉体供給源から前記粉体を圧送して供給することにより被加工部材に肉盛層を形成する肉盛加工における粉体供給方法であって、
前記粉体供給源と前記粉体肉盛ノズルを繋ぐ供給配管の前記粉体肉盛ノズル側の出口圧を所定の範囲内に設定して前記粉体供給源から前記粉体肉盛ノズルへ前記粉体を供給する、肉盛加工における粉体供給方法。 - 前記供給配管は、前記粉体供給源と接続される接続配管から少なくとも一回分岐して前記粉体肉盛ノズルに設けられた複数の供給路と接続されている、請求項1に記載の肉盛加工における粉体供給方法。
- 前記出口圧が前記所定の範囲内になるように、前記供給配管のうち前記粉体供給ノズルの供給路と接続される接続配管の長さを調整する、請求項2に記載の肉盛加工における粉体供給方法。
- 前記所定の範囲が、1kPa〜2kPaである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の肉盛加工における粉体供給方法。
