Claims (4)
- 冷凍サイクルの凝縮器と蒸発器との間に設けられ、前記凝縮器により冷却された冷媒を減圧して前記蒸発器に送り出す絞り装置であって、
前記凝縮器に接続される一次室と前記蒸発器に接続される二次室とを構成する本体ケースと、
弁ポートが形成され前記本体ケース内で前記一次室と前記二次室との間に配設された弁座部材と、
前記弁ポートの軸線に沿って移動することにより前記弁ポートの開度を可変にする弁体と、
前記弁体を前記一次室側に付勢するばね部材と、
前記弁体の一次室側端部に対向配置されたストッパ部材と、
を備え、
前記弁体の前記一次室側端部を前記二次室側から前記弁ポート内に挿通するとともに、該一次室側端部を前記ストッパ部材に当接させて該一次室側端部の位置を位置決めして、該弁体が前記弁座部材に着座しない構造としたことを特徴とする絞り装置。 - 前記弁体がニードル弁で、前記一次室側端部が該ニードル弁のニードル部の先端部であり、該ニードル部の先端部を前記弁ポートから前記一次室側に突出させ、該ニードル部の先端部を前記ストッパ部材に当接させて該先端部の位置を位置決めするようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絞り装置。
- 前記弁座部材の前記一次室側に雌ねじ部を有するねじ穴が形成され、前記ストッパ部材が略円柱状の形状で外周に雄ねじ部が形成されるとともに、前記軸線L方向に導通孔が形成され、前記ねじ穴に前記ストッパ部材を螺合することにより、該ストッパ部材を前記弁座部材に取り付けるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の絞り装置。
- 前記弁ポートの軸線と同軸にして前記本体ケース内の前記二次室側に配置され、円柱状のガイド孔により前記弁体をガイドする円筒状のガイド部材を備え、
前記ガイド部材と前記本体ケースとの隙間を前記弁ポートから前記二次室に対して冷媒を送り出す本体側流路とするとともに、前記ガイド部材内の前記弁体の背空間を中間圧力室とし、前記弁ポートからの冷媒を前記中間圧力室に導入する中間圧力導入路を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の絞り装置。
