Abstract
【解決手段】基地局1と地上子3とを無線接続可能に無線送信経路2が設けられている。無線送信経路2は、設定しようとする新電文情報を基地局1から地上子3に向けて無線送信するためのものであり、無線通信可能に構成して列車4に搭載された車上装置5と基地局1との間を結ぶ、地上アンテナを含む無線通信路2a、及び車上装置5の車上子6と地上子3との間の電磁カップリング2bを含んで構成されている。設定しようとする新電文情報を基地局1から地上子3に向けて送信し、地上子3に既保存の旧電文情報を新電文情報に書き換え得るように構成した。

Description
基地局1は、電文情報を書き換えようとする地上子3を特定すると共に、該地上子3の設置位置情報とCBTCシステムを利用して取得した列車位置情報とに基づいて上記地上子3に接近中又は上記地上子3上に停車中の列車4を特定する。
この場合、車上装置5は、車上子6と地上子3との間の電磁カップリング2bが開始されると、地上子3から第2の記憶部9に保存された電文情報を受信し、該電文情報に基づいて例えば速度照査パターンを生成し、該パターンを照査しながら走行速度を制御すると共に、上記記憶部に保存された新電文情報を地上子3に向けて送信する。
以降、後続の列車4は、地上子3から取得する上記新電文情報に基づいて運行が制御される。
この場合、車上装置5は、車上子6と地上子3とが電磁カップリング2bしている間に、上記記憶部に一時的に保存された新電文情報を直下の地上子3に向けて送信する。
以降、後続の列車4は、地上子3から取得する上記新電文情報に基づいて運行が制御される。

Claims (11)
- 設定しようとする新情報を基地局から鉄道の保安設備に向けて送信し、前記保安設備に既保存の旧情報を前記新情報に書き換え得るように構成した保安情報書換えシステム。
- 前記保安設部は、前記新情報の正誤を確認するベリファイ機能を有したものである請求項1に記載の保安情報書換えシステム。
- 前記保安設備は、前記基地局から送信される前記新情報を受信可能な受信手段を備えた請求項1又は2に記載の保安情報書換えシステム。
- 前記保安設備は、列車の軌道上に設置された地上子であり、前記情報は、地上子に設定される電文情報である請求項1〜3に記載の保安情報書換えシステム。
- 前記基地局から前記地上子に向けた前記電文情報の送信経路は、無線通信可能に構成して列車に搭載された車上装置と前記基地局との間を結ぶ無線通信路、及び前記車上装置の車上子と前記地上子との間の電磁カップリングを含んで構成された請求項4に記載の保安情報書換えシステム。
- 前記基地局から送信された新電文情報は、前記地上子の第1の記憶部に一時的に保存された後、予め定められた所定のタイミングで前記地上子の第2の記憶部に既保存の旧電文情報に対して書き換えられる請求項4又は5に記載の保安情報書換えシステム。
- 設定するために基地局から送信された新電文情報を一時的に保存する第1の記憶部と、
内蔵された第2の記憶部に既保存の旧電文情報を、前記第1の記憶部に保存された新電文情報に書き換えるタイミングを制御する制御装置と、
を備えた地上子。 - 前記制御装置は、前記新電文情報の正誤を確認するベリファイ機能を有したものである請求項7に記載の地上子。
- 前記第1の記憶部に保存される前記新電文情報は、前記基地局と無線通信可能に構成され、列車に搭載された車上装置の車上子との電磁カップリングにより取得される請求項7又は8に記載の地上子。
- 前記新電文情報が走行中の列車の前記車上子との電磁カップリングにより取得される場合には、前記制御装置は、前記新電文情報の前記第1の記憶部から前記第2の記憶部への書き換えを前記列車が通過した後に行うように書換えタイミングを制御する請求項9に記載の地上子。
- 前記新電文情報が停車中の列車の前記車上子との電磁カップリングにより取得される場合には、前記制御装置は、前記新電文情報の前記第1の記憶部から前記第2の記憶部への書き換えを前記列車が停車中に行うように書換えタイミングを制御する請求項9に記載の地上子。
