Abstract
Description
電池ケースと、
前記電池ケース内に収納された少なくとも1つの電池セルと、
前記電池セル上に設けられた回路基板と、
前記回路基板上に設けられた、対象機器との電気的接続用の端子と、を備える電池パックであって、
前記回路基板が前記電池セルに対して可動する。
前記回路基板は、前記セパレータ上に設けられてもよい。
端子が設けられた端子ユニットを備え、電池セル及び前記端子に接続される電池側端子を有する電池パックが接続可能な電動工具であって、
前記電池側端子は前記電池セル上に設けられた回路基板に設けられ、前記回路基板は前記電池セルに対して可動する。
Claims (11)
- 電池ケースと、
前記電池ケース内に収納された少なくとも1つの電池セルと、
前記電池セル上に設けられた回路基板と、
前記回路基板上に設けられた、対象機器との電気的接続用の端子と、を備える電池パックであって、
前記回路基板が前記電池セルに対して可動する、電池パック。 - 前記電池ケース内で前記電池セルを所定位置に保持するセパレータを有し、
前記回路基板は、前記セパレータ上に設けられる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記回路基板が貫通穴を有し、前記セパレータは前記貫通穴を貫く突起部を有し、前記貫通穴の内周面と前記突起部の外周面との間に隙間が存在する、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記突起部が段付き構造であり、前記突起部の段差部に前記回路基板が乗っている、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記セパレータは、前記回路基板の下面を支持する突起部と、前記回路基板の上面に隙間を持って係合する爪部と、を有する、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記回路基板は、少なくとも上面に開口する穴を有し、前記爪部は、前記穴内に延びる凸部を有し、前記穴の内周面と前記凸部の外周面との間に隙間が存在する、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セル及び前記回路基板を相互に電気的に接続するリード線を備え、前記リード線にたるみを持たせてある、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池ケースは、相互に分離可能な上ケース及び下ケースを含み、前記上ケース及び下ケースにより前記電池セルを挟持している、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックと、前記電池パックを着脱自在に装着した本体と、を備える、電動工具。
- 端子が設けられた端子ユニットを備え、電池セル及び前記端子に接続される電池側端子を有する電池パックが接続可能な電動工具であって、
前記電池側端子は前記電池セル上に設けられた回路基板に設けられ、前記回路基板は前記電池セルに対して可動する、電動工具。 - 前記端子ユニットは本体ハウジングに対して可動する、請求項10に記載の電動工具。
