Abstract
Description
アウターケーシングの第1傾斜開口部が傾斜開口構造であるため、上蓋の重量を軽減し、上蓋とベースとの取り付けと取り外しが便利になり、また、インナーケーシングの第1ガイド部と内基体の第2ガイド部との嵌合は、上蓋とベースとの取付に案内作用を提供することが可能であり、且つ両者間の嵌合は、目視による位置決めで操作を確実に行うことができ、複数回組み立てることなく上蓋とベースとの精確な取り付けを保証することができ、これによって、本発明の多機能高圧コネクタは、多機能高圧コネクタの組立効率と組立精度を大幅に向上させる。また、ベースの第2傾斜開口部も傾斜開口構造であるため、それと上蓋の第1傾斜開口部との嵌合により、多機能高圧コネクタの内部空間を減少させ、多機能高圧コネクタの空間利用率を向上させる。

Claims (12)
- 多機能高圧コネクタであって、
ベース(2)と、ベース(2)に取り外し可能に取り付けられる上蓋(1)とを備え、
上蓋(1)は、第1傾斜開口部(111)を有するアウターケーシング(11)と、アウターケーシング(11)の内側に固定され、第1ガイド部(121)が設けられるインナーケーシング(12)とを備え、
ベース(2)は、第2傾斜開口部(211)を有する外基体(21)と、外基体(21)の内側に固定され、第2ガイド部(221)が設けられる内基体(22)とを備え、
アウターケーシング(11)の第1傾斜開口部(111)は、外基体(21)の第2傾斜開口部(211)と嵌合され、インナーケーシング(12)の第1ガイド部(121)は、内基体(22)の第2ガイド部(221)と嵌合されることを特徴とする多機能高圧コネクタ。 - 第1傾斜開口部(111)の下面および第2傾斜開口部(211)の上面のそれぞれが縦方向(Y)に対する角度は、いずれもθであり、且つ5°≦θ≦8°を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。
- 第1ガイド部(121)が凹溝であり、第2ガイド部(221)が突起であり、または、
第1ガイド部(121)が突起であり、第2ガイド部(221)が凹溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。 - インナーケーシング(12)は、アウターケーシング(11)に収容される本体部(122)と、上下方向(Z)に沿って本体部(122)から突出してアウターケーシング(11)外に延出する延在部(123)とを更に備え、
第1ガイド部(121)は、延在部(123)に設けられ、上下方向(Z)に沿って延在し、且つ、延在部(123)は、第1ガイド部(121)が第2ガイド部(221)と嵌合されるように、ベース(2)の内基体(22)内に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。 - 第1ガイド部(121)は、延在部(123)の縦方向(Y)における両側に設けられ、及び/又は、第1ガイド部(121)は、延在部(123)の横方向(X)における両側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。
- アウターケーシング(11)は、第1傾斜開口部(111)の周方向の外側に形成され、上下方向(Z)に沿って延在する第1接続部(112)をさらに備え、
外基体(21)は、第2傾斜開口部(211)の周方向の外側に形成され、第1接続部(112)に接続される第2接続部(212)をさらに備え、
第1接続部(112)の下面と第2接続部(212)の上面とは、いずれも縦方向(Y)に平行となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。 - アウターケーシング(11)は、第1傾斜開口部(111)の外側に形成され、第1傾斜開口部(111)の下面に平行な方向に沿って延在する案内部(113)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。
- 多機能高圧コネクタは、導電接続構造(4)と、2つのプラグ接続端子(5)とをさらに備え、
導電接続構造(4)は、上蓋(1)のインナーケーシング(12)に収容される主体部(41)と、縦方向(Y)に沿ってそれぞれ主体部(41)の両端に形成され、アウターケーシング(11)外に延出する2つの導電接続部(42)とを備え、
2つのプラグ接続端子(5)は、縦方向(Y)に沿って間隔をあけて設けられ、各プラグ接続端子(5)は、ベース(2)の内基体(22)に固定して取り付けられ、導電接続構造(4)の対応する1つの導電接続部(42)に挿接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。 - 内基体(22)は、底板部(222)と、縦方向(Y)に沿って間隔をあけて設けられる2つの突出部(223)とをさらに備え、各突出部(223)は、上下方向(Z)に沿って底板部(222)から突出し、対応する1つのプラグ接続端子(5)が取り付けられ、
第2ガイド部(221)は、各突出部(223)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。 - 多機能高圧コネクタは、1つのプラグ接続端子(5)に接続されるハーネスアセンブリ(6)をさらに備え、
外基体(21)は、第2傾斜開口部(211)の外側に形成され、縦方向(Y)に沿って延在する取付部(213)をさらに備え、且つ、取付部(213)には、前記ハーネスアセンブリ(6)が取り付けられ、
第2傾斜開口部(211)の上面の最高点は、取付部(213)の天面よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。 - 前記アウターケーシングと前記外基体とは、金属材料で製造され、前記インナーケーシングと前記内基体とは、絶縁材料で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の多機能高圧コネクタ。
- 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の多機能高圧コネクタが応用されている電池製品。
