Abstract
Description
したがって、前記射出延伸ブロー成形法は、
1) ポリエチレン物質を射出成形に付してプリフォームにし;
2) 得られたプリフォームを延伸ブロー成形に付す;各工程を含み、
ここで、該ポリエチレン物質は、密度が0.945g/cm3以上、特に、0.945g/cm3〜0.960g/cm3(ISO 1183に準拠して測定)を示し且つF/E比値が60以上、特に、60〜100(ISO 1133に準拠して測定)を示す前記ポリエチレン(コ)ポリマーを含む。
前記4〜8個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンモノマー単位の例は、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテンおよび4−メチル−1−ペンテンである。1−ブテンが好適である。
− 密度が950g/cm3以上、特に、952g/cm3以上で、上限が最も好ましくは0.960g/cm3であり、
− F/E比値が70以上、より好ましくは、75以上、特に、80以上で、上限が最も好ましくは、100であり、
− メルトフローレートEが0.1g/10分以上、より好ましくは、0.5g/10分以上、特に、0.1もしくは0.5〜10g/10分である。
2種類の500mlボトルを製造する。
Claims (5)
- ポリエチレン容器の製造のための射出延伸ブロー成形法であって、当該方法は、
1)ポリエチレン物質を210〜260℃の温度で射出成形に付してプリフォームにし;
2)得られたプリフォームを延伸ブロー成形に付す;各工程を含み、
ここで、該ポリエチレン物質は、密度が0.945g/cm3以上を示し且つF/E比値が60以上を示すエチレン(コ)ポリマーを含む、前記射出延伸ブロー成形法。 - エチレン(コ)ポリマーを、エチレンホモポリマー類、4〜8個の炭素原子を有するアルファー−オレフィンモノマー単位を含有するコポリマー類、およびそれらの混合物から選択する、請求項1に記載の射出延伸ブロー成形法。
- エチレン(コ)ポリマーのメルトフローレートEが0.1g/10分以上である、請求項1または2に記載の射出延伸ブロー成形法。
- 第1段階でプリフォームを製造し室温に冷却し、次いで、第2段階で再加熱および延伸ブロー成形に付す、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の射出延伸ブロー成形法。
- プリフォームを製造し室温に冷却しないで延伸ブロー成形に付す、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の射出延伸ブロー成形法。
