Abstract

Description
本発明による拡張型人工心臓弁を装填した配置システムを準備する工程、
配置システムの作動機構を作動して、シースを段階的に後退させ、それによって人工心臓弁の中間部を解放し、人工心臓弁の遠位端が先端部内に固定されたまま、かつ人工心臓弁の近位端がシャフトの遠位端に固定されたままであることによって人工心臓弁をバルーン様に拡張する工程、
先端部を移動させて人工心臓弁の遠位端を解放する工程、および
シースを完全に後退させ、拡張型人工心臓弁を完全に配置し解放する工程
を含む方法に関する。
Claims (13)
- 患者の本来の弁と置換するための人工心臓弁(20)であって、
拡張可能な略管状のステント支持体(102)および弁構造体(118)を含むことを特徴とし、さらに
ステント支持体(102)が、金属線フレームを形成し、かつ近位端(103)と、近位部(104)と、中間部(105)と、遠位部(106)と、遠位端(107)と、内部領域と、近位端(103)から遠位端(107)に及ぶ長手軸(131)と、周囲(132)とを有すること、
近位端(103)および遠位端(107)がそれぞれ、近位方向(202)および遠位方向(204)を向いた自由先端(112)を複数有するクラウン部を含むこと、
管状ステント支持体(102)が、近位端(103)から遠位端(107)に及ぶ、相互に接続されたダイヤモンド形セル構造体の隣接した複数の列(150、151、152、154、156、158、159、161)を含むこと、

遠位端(107)と中間部(105)との間の領域(108)において、弁構造体(118)が交連点(120)を介してステント支持体(102)に固定されていること、および
遠位端(107)と中間部(105)との間の領域(108)に、ステント支持体(102)が弁のない部分を有すること、ならびに

- ダイヤモンド形セル構造体(110)が、ステント支持体(102)の長手軸(131)に沿って互いに離間し、1つの列(150、151、152、154、156、158、159、161)の先端(134)を形成している2つの交点と、ステント支持体の周囲で互いに離間している2つの交点とから形成され、
遠位端(107)における最後列に含まれるダイヤモンド形セル構造体(110)は3つのみであり、この3つが、ステント支持体(102)の周囲で互いに接触することのないよう離間していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の人工心臓弁(20)。 - 近位端(107)における最後列(161)に隣接する列(159)が、遠位端(107)の最後列よりも多くのダイヤモンド形セル構造体(110)を含み、セル構造体(110)のうちのいくつかはステント支持体(102)の周囲(132)で互いに離間し、いくつかは互いに接触していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- 遠位端(107)において最後列(161)に隣接している最後から二番目の列(159)が6つのダイヤモンド形セル構造体(110)を含み、2つのセル構造体(110)が互いに接触して一対のセル構造体を形成し、セル構造体のそのような対同士はステント支持体(102)の周囲(132)で互いに離間していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- 遠位端(107)における最後から二番目の列(159)に近位方向(202)で隣接する列(158)が、遠位端(107)における最後から二番目の列(159)より多くのダイヤモンド形セル構造体(110)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- ステント支持体(102)の中間部(105)に放射線不透過マーカー(116)を有することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- 遠位端(107)における、弁のない部分のステント支持体(102)の管形状の直径が、ステント支持体(102)の他の部分の管形状の直径より小さいことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- ステント支持体(102)の弁構造体(100)の交連点(120)の固定位置において、ステント支持体(102)の管形状が柔軟性を有する(114)ことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- 接続金属線延長構造体(114)が、第1の端部(115a)および第2の端部(115b)を有する、ステント支持体(102)の長手軸(131)に実質的に平行である第1の金属線部分(115)と、第1の金属線部分(115)の第2の端部(115b)に位置する第2の金属線部分(117)とを有することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- 第2の金属線部分(117)が、実質的に円形、楕円形、正方形、または長手状から選択された形状を有することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- 接続金属線延長構造体(114)がT字形であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
- 中間部(105)から近位部(104)へ遷移する領域において、ステント支持体(102)の長手軸(131)側に凹んだ領域(160)を含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の人工心臓弁(20)。
