Claims (15)
- 電極アセンブリを内蔵するケースと、
前記ケースの開口を密閉するキャッププレートと、
前記キャッププレートに貫通設置され、前記電極アセンブリに電気的に連結される第1電極端子および第2電極端子と、
前記第1電極端子と前記第2電極端子とを前記電極アセンブリの外部で電気的に分離または短絡させる外部短絡部と、
を含み、
前記外部短絡部は、
前記キャッププレートに形成される短絡ホールを密閉するメンブレンと、
前記第1電極端子に電気的に連結され、前記メンブレンの一側に離隔配置されるコネクションプレートと、
前記コネクションプレートの貫通ホールに結合され、前記メンブレンの反転時、内部圧力を排出する排出口を備えるインシュレータと、
前記内部圧力を排出し、前記排出口への異物の流入を遮断するように前記インシュレータの前記排出口に係合されるキャップと、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記コネクションプレートは、
前記第1電極端子に連結されるプレート部と、
前記プレート部から前記メンブレンに向かって突出し、前記短絡ホールの内面と離隔して配置される円筒部と、
を含み、
前記円筒部の前記メンブレン側の開口部には、底面が設けられており、
前記貫通ホールは、
前記円筒部の前記底面を貫くように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記インシュレータは、
前記円筒部内部に形成される内側インシュレーティング部と、
前記プレート部および前記円筒部の外面に形成され、前記内側インシュレーティング部に連結される外側インシュレーティング部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記内側インシュレーティング部は、
前記貫通ホールを囲む第1の部分と、
前記円筒部の前記底面を覆うように形成された第2の部分と、
前記円筒部の内面を覆うように形成された第3の部分と、
前記第1の部分と前記第3の部分との間に設けられ、上側が開放された第1挿入部と、
前記第1挿入部の内側で、前記第1挿入部の直径方向に区画して収容溝を形成する第1バリアと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャップは、
前記収容溝に挿入される第2バリアと、
前記第2バリアの一側に連結され、前記第1挿入部を覆う蓋部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1バリアは、複数形成され、
前記第1挿入部内に前記収容溝は複数形成され、
前記第2バリアは、複数形成され、前記各収容溝に係合される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1バリアの端部と前記蓋部の内面との間には第1間隔が設けられ、
前記第2バリアの端部と前記収容溝の底面との間には第2間隔が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1バリアと前記第2バリアとは、一側で接し、他の一側の前記第1バリアと前記第2バリアとの間には第3間隔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記インシュレータは、前記蓋部の少なくとも一側に形成され、前記第3間隔に連結される最終排出口を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1挿入部および前記第1バリアは、同心の円筒形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1挿入部および前記第2バリアは、同心の円筒形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2バリアは、複数形成され、互いに円周方向に沿って分離されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1バリアと前記第2バリアと一側の間には第3間隔が設けられ、前記第1バリアと前記第2バリアとの他の一側の間には第4間隔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記排出口、前記第1間隔、前記第4間隔、前記第2間隔および前記第3間隔は、前記蓋部の少なくとも一側に形成された前記インシュレータの最終排出口に順次に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記内側インシュレーティング部の前記第1挿入部は、内面に昇降溝を形成しており、
前記キャップの前記第2バリアは、前記昇降溝に結合されて昇降するように外面に係止突起を形成していることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の二次電池。
