Claims (5)
- 単一の軸方向に延びて列設された隔壁により区画された複数のセルを備えるハニカム構造体であって、
セルが開口している端面の少なくとも外周縁部が湾曲面で形成されている
ことを特徴とするハニカム構造体。 - 前記ハニカム構造体の中心と交差し、前記軸方向と直交する第一断面の面積と、前記ハニカム構造体の中心と交差し、前記軸方向と平行である任意の断面のうち最も面積が大きい第二断面の面積とが、非同一である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハニカム構造体。 - 蓄熱式バーナ装置の熱交換部に蓄熱体として充填されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のハニカム構造体。 - ハニカム構造を有する基体は、炭化珪素質セラミックス焼結体で形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一つに記載のハニカム構造体。 - 前記基体の表面に、加熱により珪酸系ガラスとなる酸化防止層が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハニカム構造体。
