Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態による配線用遮断器のトリップ機構は、下部には係止板13が形成され、上部には打撃板14が形成される本体11、及び本体11を貫通する回動軸12を備えるシュータ10と、回動軸12の両側に結合され、シュータ10が回動するように付勢力を与えるダブルトーションスプリング20と、係止板13が接触することによりシュータ10の動きを拘束する係止部31を備えるクロスバー30とを含む。

Claims (7)
- 下部には係止板が形成され、上部には打撃板が形成される本体、及び前記本体を貫通する回動軸を備えるシュータと、
前記回動軸の両側に結合され、前記シュータが回動するように付勢力を与えるダブルトーションスプリングと、
前記係止板が接触することにより前記シュータの動きを拘束する係止部を備えるクロスバーとを含む配線用遮断器のトリップ機構。 - 前記係止部は、階段状に形成され、第1係止部と第2係止部とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のトリップ機構。
- 前記回動軸が挿入されるトリップ部ケースの収容部は上部が開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の配線用遮断器のトリップ機構。
- 前記トリップ部ケースの前記収容部の一部は傾斜面をなすことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の配線用遮断器のトリップ機構。
- 前記回動軸が前記本体から突出する長さは、一側が他側に比べて長く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器のトリップ機構。
- 前記回動軸の両端部には、中央部の直径より小さい直径を有する結合部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器のトリップ機構。
- 前記本体の下部一側には、一部が開放された非対称溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器のトリップ機構。
