Abstract
Description
図1は本発明に係るハイブリッド式建設機械の一実施形態として挙げたハイブリッド式油圧ショベルの構成を示す図、図2は本発明の第1実施形態に係るハイブリッド式油圧ショベルの要部の構成を説明する図、図3は本発明の第1実施形態に係るハイブリッド式油圧ショベルの原動機室の内部の構成を説明する図である。
図10は本発明の第2実施形態に係る蓄電装置の構成を説明する図であり、図9に対応する断面図である。なお、以下の本発明の第2実施形態の説明において、上述した第1実施形態と同一の部分には、同一の符号を付している。
図11は本発明の第3実施形態に係る蓄電装置の構成を説明する図であり、図9に対応する断面図である。なお、以下の本発明の第3実施形態の説明において、上述した第1実施形態と同一の部分には、同一の符号を付している。

Claims (9)
- 原動機と、
この原動機の動力の補助及び発電を行う電動発電機と、
この電動発電機との間で電力の授受を行う蓄電装置とを備え、
前記蓄電装置は、
複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルに対して少なくとも一部を離隔した状態で覆う筐体と、
この筐体に取り付けられ、前記複数の電池セルと熱交換を行う熱交換部材と、
前記筺体と前記熱交換部材との間に介在し、前記筺体と前記熱交換部材との熱の授受を妨げる熱抵抗体とを含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記熱交換部材は、熱媒体の流路を内部に形成する構造体から成り、
前記熱抵抗体は、前記構造体の一部と接することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記構造体は多面体から成り、
前記複数の電池セルは、前記多面体の異なる面にそれぞれ設けられたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記熱抵抗体は、前記筐体の熱伝導率及び前記熱交換部材の熱伝導率の少なくとも一方より小さい熱伝導率を有する樹脂材料から成ることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記筐体及び前記熱交換部材の少なくとも一方は金属材料から成ることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記筐体は、下方に開口した容積体を有し、前記複数の電池セルを前記熱交換部材の上方に配置した状態で、前記複数の電池セルの上方から前記容積体の開口を通して前記熱交換部材に固定されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記蓄電装置は、
前記複数の電池セルが接続されて構成される複数の電池モジュールを含み、
前記熱交換部材は、
前記複数の電池モジュールの下方にそれぞれ配置され、前記複数の電池セルを冷却する複数の冷却プレートから成り、
前記熱抵抗体は、
前記複数の電池モジュールの下方にそれぞれ配置され、前記筺体と前記冷却プレートとの熱の授受を妨げる複数の熱抵抗材から成り、
前記各冷却プレート及び前記各熱抵抗材の水平方向の大きさは、前記複数の電池モジュールの水平方向の大きさと同程度以下に設定されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記筐体は、金属の鋳造体から成ることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記原動機を収容する原動機室と、
この原動機室に配置され、前記熱媒体を冷却するラジエータとを備え、
前記原動機室は、フレームに形成され、前記ラジエータへ送風される外気を取り込む吸気口を有し、
前記蓄電装置は、前記原動機室の前記フレームと前記ラジエータとの間に配置されることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。
