Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施例に係る一体型インバータは、太陽電池パネルを含む太陽電池モジュールに使用される一体型インバータであって、太陽電池パネルに接続される端子と、前記端子に電気的に接続されるバイパスダイオードと、前記バイパスダイオードに電気的に接続される直流−交流インバータを含むインバータ部材と、前記端子及び前記バイパスダイオードのうち少なくとも一方と前記直流−交流インバータとが内部に位置して一体化されるケースと、を含む。

Claims (20)
- 太陽電池パネルを含む太陽電池モジュールに使用される一体型インバータであって、
太陽電池パネルに接続される端子と、
前記端子に電気的に接続されるバイパスダイオードと、
前記バイパスダイオードに電気的に接続される直流−交流インバータを含むインバータ部材と、
前記端子及び前記バイパスダイオードのうち少なくとも一方と前記直流−交流インバータとが内部に位置して一体化されるケースと、を含む、一体型インバータ。 - 前記端子及び前記バイパスダイオードのうち少なくとも一方と前記直流−交流インバータは、回路基板に共に形成されて、前記回路基板によって一体化されるか、またはポッティング部材によって共に囲まれて、前記ポッティング部材によって一体化される、請求項1に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 前記端子及び前記バイパスダイオードのうち少なくとも一方が、回路パターンを備える回路基板上に位置する、請求項1に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 前記端子、前記バイパスダイオード及び前記直流−交流インバータが、回路基板に形成されて回路パターンによって互いに接続される、請求項1に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 前記一体型インバータは、前記一体型インバータによって切り替わった交流電源を外部に提供するための一つの交流出力ケーブルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 前記ケースは、前記端子、前記バイパスダイオード及び前記直流−交流インバータを内部に収容し、
前記ケースは、前記太陽電池と前記端子との接続のための第1貫通孔と、前記直流−交流インバータと外部との接続のための第2貫通孔とを含む、請求項1に記載の一体型インバータ。 - 前記ケースの内部に位置する内部部材(inner member)をさらに含み、
前記内部部材内に、前記端子、前記バイパスダイオード及び前記直流−交流インバータが形成された回路基板と、前記回路基板、前記バイパスダイオード及び前記直流−交流インバータを囲むポッティング部材とが位置する、請求項6に記載の一体型インバータ。 - 前記ケースは、固定部材によって互いに固定される第1ケース部分及び第2ケース部分を含む、請求項6に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 前記固定部材は、接合部材、弾性部材、ラッチ部材及び締結部材のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項8に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 前記第2ケース部分は、第1部分と、前記第1部分と区分される第2部分とを含む、請求項6に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 前記インバータ部材は、
前記インバータ部材内の電源の異常の有無を感知する電流センサと、
前記バイパスダイオードから伝達された直流電源を変換し、少なくとも3つのインターリービングコンバーターを含む直流−直流コンバーターとをさらに含み、
前記電流センサと前記バイパスダイオードが回路基板上で回路パターンによって接続される、請求項1に記載の一体型インバータ。 - 前記ケースによって接地がなされる、請求項1に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 前記ケースと前記回路基板を接地する第1接地構造と、
前記ケースと前記太陽電池パネルを固定するフレームとを接地する第2接地構造と、
前記ケースの第1ケース部分と、前記第1ケース部分に結合される前記ケースの第2ケース部分とを接地する第3接地構造とのうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項12に記載の一体型インバータ。 - 前記第1乃至第3接地構造のうち少なくとも一つは、締結部材の締結によって接地がなされる、請求項13に記載の一体型インバータ。
- 太陽電池及び前記太陽電池から引き出されたリボンを含む太陽電池パネルと、
前記リボンに接続される端子と、前記端子に電気的に接続されるバイパスダイオードと、前記バイパスダイオードに電気的に接続される直流−交流インバータを含むインバータ部材と、前記端子及び前記バイパスダイオードのうち少なくとも一方と前記直流−交流インバータとが内部に位置して一体化されるケースとを含む一体型インバータと、を含み、
前記ケースは、
前記リボンと前記端子との接続のための第1貫通孔と、
前記直流−交流インバータと外部との接続のための第2貫通孔とを含む、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池パネルの外郭部を固定するフレームをさらに含み、
前記フレームは、前記太陽電池パネルの少なくとも一部が挿入されるパネル挿入部と、前記パネル挿入部から後方に向かって延びる延長部とを含み、
前記一体型インバータは、前記太陽電池パネルの後面に位置し、
前記一体型インバータの厚さは、前記延長部の高さと同一またはそれより小さい、請求項15に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記一体型インバータは、前記太陽電池モジュールのフレームに締結されるように延びる締結部を備える、請求項15に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記締結部が前記延長部の内部に位置する、請求項17に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ケースには、前記太陽電池パネルとの接合のための接着部材が位置し、
平面視において前記接合部材が前記第1貫通孔を取り囲むように形成される、請求項16に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記リボンは前記端子に着脱可能に固定される、請求項16に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
