Claims (17)
- 太陽電池パネルと、
前記太陽電池パネルの後面に位置する一体型インバータと、
を含み、
前記一体型インバータは、
前記太陽電池パネルに接続される端子と、前記端子に電気的に接続される直流−交流インバータを含むインバータ部材とを含む回路部と、
ガイド部材と、
前記太陽電池パネルから離隔した底面、前記底面から延びる側面、及び前記太陽電池パネルに対向した、前記ガイド部材の開口部分により定められる内部空間部を有し、前記内部空間部内に前記回路部を収容する収容部と、を含み、
前記底面と前記太陽電池パネルの底面との間の空間が前記回路部と空気で満たされるように、前記側面が前記ガイド部材の前記開口部分を介して前記太陽電池パネルに接合され、
前記回路部は、前記底面上に形成され、
前記底面は、前記端子に対応する開口部、及び前記開口部を覆うカバー部を有する、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記回路部が、前記収容部の底面側に隣接するように装着され、
前記回路部と前記太陽電池パネルとの間の熱伝導度よりも前記収容部の熱伝導度がさらに大きく、前記収容部側へ放熱経路が形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記収容部の底面の内面側及び外面側のうちの少なくとも1つに放熱構造が形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記放熱構造が、放熱層、放熱フィン、または前記収容部を貫通する冷却部材のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記収容部は、前記側面から延びる接合フランジをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記端子及び前記インバータ部材が、回路基板に形成されて、前記回路基板の回路パターンによって互いに接続され、
前記端子が、前記回路基板の前記太陽電池パネルの反対側の面に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記端子と前記インバータ部材との間でこれらに電気的に接続されるバイパスダイオードをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接合フランジが、前記内部空間部の端部全体から延びて、平面視で前記内部空間部を取り囲むように構成され、
前記接合フランジが、同一平面上に形成される平坦な面で構成される、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池パネルは、太陽電池と、前記太陽電池に接続されるリボンとを含み、
前記収容部の内部において前記リボンが前記端子に固定される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記収容部は、前記回路部と外部回路との接続のための貫通孔を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接合フランジと前記太陽電池パネルとの間に、前記接合フランジに対応する形状を有するガイド部材をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接合フランジが、全体的に前記ガイド部材に重なるように位置する、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ガイド部材の幅が、前記接合フランジの幅と同一またはそれより大きい、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接合フランジの幅:前記ガイド部材の幅の比率が、1:1〜1:10である、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ガイド部材と前記接合フランジとの間でこれらを接合する第1接合部材と、
前記ガイド部材と前記太陽電池パネルとの間でこれらを接合する第2接合部材と、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池パネルは、太陽電池と、前記太陽電池に接続されるリボンとを含み、
前記ガイド部材に、前記リボンが通過する開口部分が位置する、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記接合フランジ及び前記ガイド部材のうちの少なくとも1つにアライメントマークが備えられる、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
