Description
Claims (18)
- 太陽電池パネルと
前記太陽電池パネルに電気的に接続され、前記太陽電池パネルの後面側に装着される配線函と、
前記配線函と前記太陽電池パネルの間に位置して、前記太陽電池パネルと、前記配線函を付着する接着部材と
を含み、
前記接着部材によって前記太陽電池パネルと、前記配線函の間に、前記接着部材の厚さに対応する厚さを有し、外部に開放されたエアギャップが備えられ、
前記接着部材が互いに離隔される複数の接着部材を含み、
前記複数の接着部材によって前記太陽電池パネルと、前記配線函の間に空気が流入、又は、流出する空気出入口を少なくとも2つ備える空気流路が形成され、
前記接着部材が、開放された端部を有する第1接着部材を複数備え、
前記接着部材が、前記開放された端部を有する前記第1接着部材と、前記第1接着部材と離隔して位置し、平面的に見るときに閉鎖された空間(closed space)を有する第2接着部材を含む、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記接着部材は、前記配線函と前記太陽電池パネルの間で開曲線またはオープンループ(open loop)型を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の接着部材によって形成された前記空気流路の最小幅が、前記接着部材の厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接着部材の幅が、前記接着部材の厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の接着部材の少なくとも一つが、前記配線函の一側に位置し、前記複数の接着部材の他の少なくとも1つが前記配線函の他側に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の接着部材の少なくとも一つが、前記太陽電池モジュールの縦方向において、前記配線函の一側に位置し、前記複数の接着部材の他の少なくとも1つが前記縦方向において前記配線函の他側に位置する、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の第1接着部材は、前記配線函の角(コーナー)付近にそれぞれ位置し、前記コーナーの形状に対応するように折り曲げられた形状を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1接着部材の端部が曲線部で構成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記配線函は、前記太陽電池パネルと前記配線函とを電気的に接続するための伝導性接続材が通過する第1貫通ホールを有し、
前記第2接着部材は前記第1貫通ホールを囲み、前記第1貫通ホールは前記閉鎖された空間の内部に位置する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1貫通ホールは前記配線函の一側に位置し、
前記接着部材は、前記空気流路が前記配線函の一側と反対の前記配線函の他側を少なくとも通るように配置される、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記配線函は、ケースと、前記ケースの内部空間に位置する回路部を含み、
前記接着部材は、前記空気流路が少なくとも前記回路部が位置する部分を通るように配置される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池モジュールは、前記太陽電池パネルの外郭部を固定するフレームをさらに含み、
前記配線函は、前記フレームに固定される締結部を備える、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記フレームと前記締結部は締結部材によって互いに固定される、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記配線函の厚さが前記フレームの延長部の高さより小さい、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記締結部は前記配線函の一側に位置し、
前記接着部材は、前記締結部の一側と反対の前記締結部の他側に少なくとも位置する、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池パネルに対向する前記配線函の前面は平らな面で構成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接着部材がシリコーン樹脂系のシーラント(sealant)で構成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接着部材の厚さ又は前記エアギャップの厚さが0.1mm乃至10mmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
