定義

前記バインダ原料は、ステアリドン酸(SDA)強化油およびレシチンを含み、ここに、前記SDA強化油は、約10重量%〜約30重量%のSDAを含む、前記多層スナックバー。 - 前記SDA強化油が、SDA強化大豆油である、請求項1に記載の多層スナックバー。
- 前記バインダ原料が、大豆油、キャノーラ油、トウモロコシ油、菜種油、椰子油、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される液体油をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層スナックバー。
- 前記バインダ原料が、糖シロップおよび糖アルコールから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの甘味料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層スナックバー。
