Abstract
【解決手段】多価アルコールと脂肪酸とのエステルからなる基油、エポキシ化合物及びリン化合物を含有する冷凍機油と、フルオロプロペン冷媒と、を含有し、多価アルコールはペンタエリスリトール及びジペンタエリスリトールを含有し、脂肪酸は炭素数4〜9の脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有し、エポキシ化合物及びリン化合物は下記式(1)で表される条件を満たす、冷凍機用作動流体組成物。

(i)ペンタエリスリトールと炭素数4〜9の脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の脂肪酸とのエステルである第1のエステルと、ジペンタエリスリトールと炭素数4〜9の脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の脂肪酸とのエステルである第2のエステルとを含有するエステル。

実施例1〜6及び比較例1〜11においては、表1に示す基油1,A1,A2及びB1と、以下に示す添加剤とを用いて、表2〜4に示す配合量で冷凍機油を調製した。また、調製した実施例1〜6及び比較例1〜11の冷凍機油について、以下に示す耐摩耗性試験及び安定性試験を実施した。

E1:2,6−ジ−tert.−ブチル−p−クレゾール
耐摩耗性試験には、実コンプレッサと類似の冷媒雰囲気にできる、神鋼造機(株)製の高圧雰囲気摩擦試験機(回転ベーン材と固定ディスク材との回転摺動方式)を用いた。試験条件は、油量:600ml、試験温度:100℃、回転数:400rpm、負荷荷重:70kgf、試験時間:1時間で、ベーン材としてはSKH−51、ディスク材としてはFC250を用いた。試験条件は、冷媒に2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234yf)を使用し、試験容器内圧力は1.1MPaとした。耐摩耗性の評価は、ディスク材の摩耗量が極めて少ないことから、ベーン材の摩耗深さによって行った。得られた結果を表2〜4に示す。
安定性試験は、JIS K2211−09(オートクレーブテスト)に準拠し、含有水分量を100ppmに調整した試料油80gをオートクレーブに秤取し、触媒(鉄、銅、アルミの線、いずれも外径1.6mm×長さ50mm)と2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234yf)冷媒20gとを封入した後、150℃に加熱し、150時間後の試料油の外観と酸価(JIS C2101)を測定した。得られた結果を表2〜4に示す。

フルオロプロペン冷媒と、
を含有し、
前記エステルを構成する前記多価アルコールはペンタエリスリトール及びジペンタエリスリトールを含有し、
前記エステルを構成する前記脂肪酸は炭素数4〜9の脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有し、
前記エポキシ化合物及び前記リン化合物は下記式(1)で表される条件を満たす、冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
[式(1)中、NEは前記エポキシ化合物1分子当たりのエポキシ基の数を示し、MEは前記エポキシ化合物の分子量を示し、WEは前記冷凍機油全量基準での前記エポキシ化合物の含有量を示し、NPは前記リン化合物1分子当たりのリン原子の数を示し、MPは前記リン化合物の分子量を示し、WPは前記冷凍機油全量基準での前記リン化合物の含有量を示す。] - 前記エステルは、ペンタエリスリトールと炭素数4〜9の脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の脂肪酸とのエステルである第1のエステルと、ジペンタエリスリトールと炭素数4〜9の脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の脂肪酸とのエステルである第2のエステルとの混合物を含有する、請求項1に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記第2のエステルの含有量が、前記第1のエステルの含有量と前記第2のエステルの含有量との合計を基準として、10質量%以上40質量%以下である、請求項2に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記冷凍機油は、該冷凍機油全量基準で0.1質量%以上0.4質量%以下の2,6−ジ−tert.−ブチル−p−クレゾールを更に含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記フルオロプロペン冷媒は、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234ze)及び2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234yf)から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 多価アルコールと脂肪酸とのエステルからなる基油と、
エポキシ化合物と、
リン化合物と、
を含有し、
前記エステルを構成する前記多価アルコールはペンタエリスリトール及びジペンタエリスリトールを含有し、
前記エステルを構成する前記脂肪酸は炭素数4〜9の脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有し、
前記エポキシ化合物及び前記リン化合物は下記式(1)で表される条件を満たし、
フルオロプロペン冷媒と共に用いられる、冷凍機油。
