Abstract

Claims (10)
- 熱硬化性アクリレートから基本的に成る約180〜335ksiの第1の係数を有する第1のポリマー系と、
第1のエポキシを含む熱硬化性エポキシ系、
及びエポキシ硬化剤から基本的に成る第2のポリマー系と
から基本的に成る組成物。 - 前記熱硬化性アクリレートは、ビスフェノールAジアクリレートである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記第2のポリマー系は第2の係数を有し、該第2の係数は、前記第1の係数の約60パーセント以下の値を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 第1のエポキシがビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルであり、熱硬化性エポキシ系がさらに、ポリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱硬化性エポキシ系が、約50重量パーセントのビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルと、約50重量パーセントのポリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルとを含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱硬化性エポキシ系が、約60重量パーセントのビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルと、約40重量パーセントのポリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルとを含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱硬化性エポキシ系が、約70重量パーセントのビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルと、約30重量パーセントのポリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルとを含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 第1のエポキシが、アジピン酸ビス((3、4−エポキシシクロヘキシル)メチル)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- エポキシ硬化剤が2−エチル−4−メチルイミダゾールであり、該エポキシ硬化剤の前記熱硬化性エポキシ系に対する重量比は約1:10である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- エポキシ硬化剤が2−エチル−4−メチルイミダゾールであり、該エポキシ硬化剤の前記熱硬化性エポキシ系に対する比率は約9〜31モルパーセントである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
