このように構成された真空ガラスパネル構造体Bは、ゲッター機能を有する多数のゲッター用フィラー122によってガスの吸着効果が向上して、真空層Vを保持し、耐久性を向上させることができる。

Claims (8)
- (I)支持ガラス板を基準に他面に真空ガラスパネル構造体Bを形成する段階と、
(II)前記支持ガラス板を基準に一面に太陽電池構造体Aを形成する段階と、を含み、
前記(II)段階は、
(II−1)前記支持ガラス板の一面に多数の接着部材を備える段階と、
(II−2)太陽電池アレイの太陽電池セルを前記接着部材のそれぞれの上面に接合する段階と、
(II−3)前記支持ガラス板のフレームに沿って備えられた第2シーリング部を用いて、前記支持ガラス板に対応する上部ガラス板を密封接合する段階と、
(II−4)前記支持ガラス板と前記上部ガラス板との間に透光性充填部を形成する段階と、を含み、
前記(II−4)段階は、
(II−41)前記上部ガラス板の屈折率と同一であるか、または1.5〜2.0の屈折率を有する合成樹脂材を溶融した溶液を前記第2シーリング部の一側貫通口を通じて注入する段階と、
(II−42)前記注入過程中に、前記上部ガラス板と前記支持ガラス板とを含んだ構造物を前後左右にティルティングする段階と、
(II−43)前記合成樹脂材を溶融した溶液を硬化させて、前記透光性充填部を形成する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする断熱用太陽電池構造物の製造方法。 - 前記(I)段階は、
(I−1)前記支持ガラス板と下部ガラス板とを設ける段階と、
(I−2)前記下部ガラス板の上面に多数のゲッター用フィラーをローディングする段階と、
(I−3)前記下部ガラス板のフレームに備えられた第1シーリング部を介して前記下部ガラス板と支持ガラス板とをラミネーションする段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱用太陽電池構造物の製造方法。 - 前記ゲッター用フィラーは、ガス吸着材として、Ta、Cb、Zr、Th、Mg、Ba、Ti、Al、Nb、Fe、Li、Pd、Pt、及びAuのうち何れか1つの金属、前記金属のうち少なくとも2種の合成物、または前記金属の酸化物で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の断熱用太陽電池構造物の製造方法。
- 前記ゲッター用フィラーは、湿気吸着材として、酸化カルシウム、塩化カルシウム、ゼオライト、シリカゲル、アルミナ、及び活性炭のうち何れか1つまたは混合物で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の断熱用太陽電池構造物の製造方法。
- 前記ゲッター用フィラーは、0.4〜1.0mmの長さと0.1〜1.0mmの高さとを有する多面体または柱状に備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の断熱用太陽電池構造物の製造方法。
- 前記(II−2)段階は、
前記支持ガラス板と上部ガラス板との間に間隔を保持するための少なくとも1つのスぺーサを接合する段階をさらに含み、
前記接着部材は、接着ペーストまたは両面接着テープを用いて多角形の断面で備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱用太陽電池構造物の製造方法。 - 前記(II−3)段階で、
前記第2シーリング部は、両面テープまたはガラスフリットを用いて、前記太陽電池アレイの厚さと前記接着部材の厚さとを合わせた厚さよりも厚く備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱用太陽電池構造物の製造方法。 - 前記(II−41)段階は、
前記一側貫通口に隣接した部分に備えられた他側貫通口を通じて、前記上部ガラス板と支持ガラス板との間の空気を排気することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱用太陽電池構造物の製造方法。
