Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関、とりわけディーゼル又は重油又はガスで運転される内燃機関のエンジン制御ユニットであって、内燃機関は、磁石アクチュエータを持つ燃料供給装置とりわけコモンレール燃料供給装置を有し、エンジン制御ユニットには、内燃機関の停止中、燃料供給装置が非加圧の場合に、少なくとも一つの磁石アクチュエータの少なくとも一つの磁気特性の実測値を自動的に測定し、そして、エンジン制御ユニットが、それぞれの実測値の、対応する基準値からの差が所与の値より小さい場合には、正しく作動している磁石アクチュエータであると自動的に判断し、これに対して、それぞれの実測値の、対応する基準値からの差が所与の値より大きい場合には、正しく作動していない磁石アクチュエータであるとエンジン制御ユニットが自動的に判断するように評価するための手段が設けられている。

Claims (5)
- 内燃機関、とりわけディーゼル又は重油又はガスで運転される内燃機関のエンジン制御ユニット (16)であって、前記内燃機関は磁石アクチュエータを持つ燃料供給装置とりわけコモンレール燃料供給装置を有している、エンジン制御ユニット (16)において、
前記エンジン制御ユニット (16)には、内燃機関の停止中、燃料供給装置が非加圧の際に少なくとも一つの磁石アクチュエータ (15)の少なくとも一つの磁気特性の実測値を自動的に測定し、そして、前記エンジン制御ユニット (16)が、それぞれの実測値の、対応する基準値からの差が所与の値より小さい場合には正しく作動している磁石アクチュエータであると自動的に判断し、これに対して、それぞれの実測値の、対応する基準値からの差が所与の値より大きい場合には、正しく作動していない磁石アクチュエータであると前記エンジン制御ユニット (16)が自動的に判断するように評価するための手段 (17、18、19)が設けられていることを特徴とするエンジン制御ユニット。 - 前記エンジン制御ユニット (16)には、前記磁石アクチュエータを制御するため、および前記磁石アクチュエータとデータを交換するために、インターフェース (17)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン制御ユニット。
- 前記エンジン制御ユニット (16)が、前記磁石アクチュエータ (15)の当該の磁気特性又は各磁気特性の実測値を自動的に測定するためのハードウェア側のアセンブリ (18)、及び、前記磁石アクチュエータ (15)の当該の磁気特性又は各磁気特性の実測値を自動的に評価するためのソフトウェア側のアセンブリ(19)、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエンジン制御ユニット。
- 前記エンジン制御ユニット (16)が、前記磁石アクチュエータ (15)の当該の磁気特性又は各磁気特性の実測値から、それぞれの前記磁石アクチュエータ (15)のための実測作業特性曲線を決定し、これを基準作業特性曲線と比較して、前記実測作業特性曲線と前記基準作業特性曲線との差から、それぞれの前記磁石アクチュエータ (15)の摩耗状態及び/又は残りの寿命を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン制御ユニット。
- 前記エンジン制御ユニット (16)が、前記実測作業特性曲線と前記基準作業特性曲線との差に応じて、それぞれの磁石アクチュエータ (15)のための個別の保守間隔を決定することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエンジン制御ユニット。
