Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による重金属被覆固化剤は、ペーパースラッジが28乃至68重量部、無水石膏が10乃至50重量部、硫酸バンドが3乃至43重量部、消石灰が8乃至48重量部、ソーダ灰が0.4乃至28重量部、ポルトランドセメントが0.3乃至26重量部、高分子ポリマーが0.1乃至11重量部、チオ硫酸ソーダが0.15乃至23重量部、硫酸第1鉄が0.1乃至22重量部、シリカが0.05乃至21重量部を含んで配合構成されたことを特徴とする。

形状は白色の微粉体で、粒径は150μm以下が主体となる。かさ比重は0.4〜0.55程度、難溶解性であるが、スラリーにすると強いアルカリ性を示す。
第2実施例では、本発明による固化剤の生成に際しては、まず、ペーパースラッジを210g、無水石膏を20g、硫酸バンドを13g、消石灰を5g、ソーダ灰を10g、ポルトランドセメントを15g、高分子ポリマーを2g、チオ硫酸ソーダを5g、硫酸第1鉄を5g、シリカを15g配合し、本発明による固化剤300gを生成した。

- ペーパースラッジが28乃至68重量部、無水石膏が10乃至50重量部、硫酸バンドが3乃至43重量部、消石灰が8乃至48重量部、ソーダ灰が0.4乃至28重量部、ポルトランドセメントが0.3乃至26重量部、高分子ポリマーが0.1乃至11重量部、チオ硫酸ソーダが0.15乃至23重量部、硫酸第1鉄が0.1乃至22重量部、シリカが0.05乃至21重量部、を含んで配合構成された、
ことを特徴とする重金属被覆固化剤。
- ペーパースラッジが178乃至218重量部、無水石膏が10乃至50重量部、硫酸バンドが3乃至43重量部、消石灰が8乃至48重量部、ソーダ灰が0.4乃至28重量部、ポルトランドセメントが0.3乃至26重量部、高分子ポリマーが0.1乃至11重量部、チオ硫酸ソーダが0.15乃至23重量部、硫酸第1鉄が0.1乃至22重量部、シリカが0.05乃至21重量部、を含んで配合構成された、

- 前記のポルトランドセメントは、普通、早強、超早強、中庸熱、耐硫酸塩の各種ポルトランドセメントのいずれかの一種またはいずれかのセメントを選択しての混合である、
