Abstract
【解決手段】ポリマー材料製の被膜16は加熱された鋼帯10に供給され、積層ロール9aによってプラスチック被覆装置9でスズ被膜の片面または両面に押し付けられる。鋼帯の温度の結果、表面に近いスズ被膜の領域が溶解し、スズ被膜鋼帯に対面するポリマー膜16の領域も溶解し、積層ロールによってプレスされているスズ被膜の酸化された表面に接着する。ポリマー膜を積層した後、スズ被覆鋼帯およびポリマー被覆鋼帯は約20℃に冷却される。ポリマー被膜の溶解は誘導コイル内での鋼帯の誘導加熱により溶解装置14内で実行される。最後に被膜鋼帯は送達装置6によってロール13上に巻き上げられる。

- スズ被覆された鋼板のクロムフリー表面をポリマー被膜で被覆する方法であって、
第1ステップで、前記スズ被覆された鋼板のクロムフリースズ表面は、電気化学的に酸化され、
第2ステップで、前記酸化されたスズ表面にポリマー被覆が施される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - ポリマー被膜で被覆されたブリキの製造方法であって、
鋼板の片面または両面にスズ被膜を電解的に被覆するステップと、
前記スズ被膜の表面を電気化学的に酸化させるステップと、
前記スズ被膜の酸化された表面をポリマー被膜で被覆するステップと、
を含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記スズ表面の前記電気化学的酸化ステップは、前記鋼板の前記スズ被膜の被覆後、直ちに、好適には数秒以内に実施される、

当該ブリキのスズ表面と前記ポリマー被膜との間には、1層のみの薄い酸化スズ層と、場合により接着促進剤層と、が存在する、
ことを特徴とするブリキ。 - 前記酸化スズ層は、本質的に四価酸化スズ(SnO2)から成り、
前記酸化スズ層は、好適には最大で0.1μmの厚みであり、特には0.01μm未満の厚みである、
ことを特徴とする請求項11記載のブリキ。 - 前記接着剤層は、前記酸化スズ層と前記ポリマー被膜との間に存在する、
ことを特徴とする請求項11または12記載のブリキ。 - 前記接着促進剤層は、グリコール修飾ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PETG)、グリコール修飾ポリシクロヘキシレンジメチレンテレフタレート(PCTG)及び/又はイソフタル酸(IPA)を含有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項13記載のブリキ。 - 粘着防止層、特に酸化ケイ素で成る粘着防止層が、スズ被膜鋼板から剥離されるように前記ポリマー被膜の上面に存在する、
ことを特徴とする請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載のブリキ。 - 当該ブリキは、0.5g/m2から12g/m2の層であるスズ被膜によって被覆された、低炭素含有量である非合金または低合金鋼材からの0.05mmから0.50mmの厚みの冷間圧延鋼帯から製造される、
ことを特徴とする請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載のブリキ。 - 包装体、特に人が消費する食品およびペットフードの缶、化学技術的商品の包装体、エアゾール缶、飲料品の缶、または、それら包装体の一部、特に蓋部材、ラッシングベルト、バルブプレート、缶蓋若しくは蓋リングの製造のための請求項11から16のいずれか1項に記載のブリキの利用。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する装置であって、
好適には200m/分を超える搬送速度で搬送方向に連続的鋼帯(10)を連続的に搬送するための搬送装置(6)と、
前記搬送速度で前記被覆装置を通過する前記鋼帯(10)をスズ被膜でガルバニック被覆するためのスズ被覆装置(7)と、
スズ表面を電気化学的に酸化するように、前記スズ被覆鋼帯(10)が帯速度で誘導される水性クロムフリー電解液の電解液槽(8a)を備えた酸化装置(8)と、
片面または両面に、ポリマー被膜を前記鋼帯(10)の前記スズ表面に被覆するためのプラスチック被覆装置(9)と、
を含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする装置。
