Claims (9)
- 可撓性を有する基板と、前記基板に搭載されたフィルム状の焦電素子とを備え、前記焦電素子を前記基板と共に湾曲させることが可能な焦電型赤外線センサであって、
前記焦電素子は、矩形状に形成され、長手方向両側にそれぞれ設けられた支持体により、前記基板と間隔をあけて支持されており、
前記支持体は、少なくとも一部が前記焦電素子の幅方向の略全体にわたって設けられており、前記基板の電気回路と前記焦電素子とを導通する突起電極を有する焦電型赤外線センサ。 - 前記支持体は、電気絶縁性を有する弾性樹脂からなる緩衝部を備えており、
前記緩衝部は、前記突起電極の少なくとも一部を被覆するように、前記焦電素子の幅方向の略全体にわたって設けられている請求項1に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。 - 前記緩衝部は、少なくとも前記受光部と前記突起電極との間に配置されている請求項2に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
- 前記基板は、前記受光部と対向する位置に開口部が形成されており、
前記緩衝部は、前記開口部の縁部と前記突起電極との間に液状の前記弾性樹脂を供給して形成される請求項3に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。 - 前記弾性樹脂は、アクリル変性シリコーン樹脂を含む請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の焦電型赤外線センサ
- 前記支持体は、前記突起電極が前記焦電素子の幅方向の略全体に延びるように形成される請求項1に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
- 前記焦電素子の直下に高さ0.1mm以上の空間を有する請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
- 前記焦電素子は、前記受光部を複数備えており、前記受光部の配置が湾曲部を挟んで線対称となるように湾曲する請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
- 前記焦電素子は、前記基板上に設けられたキャップの内部に収容されている請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
