Abstract
【解決手段】直径0.10〜0.30mmの金属フィラメントからなる主フィラメント12を、複数本撚り合わせることなく一列に引き揃えて主フィラメント束13とし、1本の金属フィラメントをラッピングフィラメント14として前記主フィラメント束の周囲に巻き付けてなるn+1構造(但し、n=2〜6)の扁平なスチールコード10を、その長径方向Bがベルト面に平行になるように配置したベルトプライ7A,7Bを備えた空気入りタイヤである。前記ベルトプライは、前記スチールコードを複数本平行に並べたものに、温度100℃かつせん断速度1000(1/秒)の条件で測定した粘度が6000〜8000Pa・sであるゴム組成物を被覆してなる。

Claims (2)
- 直径0.10〜0.30mmの金属フィラメントからなる主フィラメントを、複数本撚り合わせることなく一列に引き揃えて主フィラメント束とし、1本の金属フィラメントをラッピングフィラメントとして前記主フィラメント束の周囲に巻き付けてなるn+1構造(但し、n=2〜6)の扁平なスチールコードを、その長径方向がベルト面に平行になるように配置したベルトプライを備え、
前記ベルトプライは、前記スチールコードを複数本平行に並べたものに、温度100℃かつせん断速度1000(1/秒)の条件で測定した粘度が6000〜8000Pa・sであるゴム組成物を被覆してなるものである
ことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 少なくとも2枚の前記ベルトプライを備え、各ベルトプライの幅方向における前記スチールコードの占有率が60〜80%である、請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
