Abstract
【解決手段】ステントによって支持されるグラフトであって、ステントは互いに反対の第1及び第2の方向の尖部を各々が備える波状起伏を備える、グラフトと、テープ部材であって、テープ部材の端縁が各々の波状起伏の第1の尖部の端縁に位置合わせされるように上記ステント及びグラフトに取り付けられ、このため波状起伏の前記第1の方向の尖部をグラフトに閉じ込め、波状起伏の第2の方向の尖部はグラフトに対して閉じ込められていない、テープ部材とを備える。上記グラフトは、長手方向に圧縮されると、一方向性の折りひだを形成し,上記波状起伏の上記第1の方向の尖部は、圧縮されると、隣の折りひだの下に位置させられる。

Description
本出願は、2009年10月9日に出願された米国特許仮出願公開第61/250,313号明細書と、2010年6月18日に出願された米国特許出願公開第12/818,551号明細書と、2010年6月18日に出願された米国特許出願公開第12/818,575号明細書との優先権の利益を主張し、これらは全ての目的のために参照によって本明細書の一部を構成する。
図8に示されている概略的な構成を有する可とう性ステントグラフトが組み立てられた。
図2Aと図2Bとを参照すると、金属マンドレル200が、そのマンドレルの一方の末端の中に形成されているスロット202を有して形成された。このスロット202は背壁204上で終端する。このマンドレルは約31mmの直径を有し,このスロットは約12.5mmの幅と約10mmの深さと約13cmの長さとを有した。図2Bに示されているように、内側チューブ206はマンドレル200上に半径方向に伸張させられ且つマンドレル溝202の一部を覆った。内側チューブは、押出し成形されて延伸させられたポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)のチューブだった。この内側チューブは、約60mmの長さと、約0.06mmの壁厚さと、約26mmの直径とを有した。この内側チューブは、そのチューブが長手方向で相対的に強く且つ同時に半径方向で相対的に弱いように、実質的な長手方向の繊維方向配置を有した。

前記グラフトの前記最内側チューブと前記最外側チューブとの間に配置されている副管腔とを備え、
