GPC測定条件:移動相テトラヒドロフラン、流量0.6mL/min、カラム温度40℃、サンプル濃度1.0g/L、注入量20μL
軟化剤の100℃における動粘度(100℃)は、例えば、100mm2/s以上、好ましくは、350mm2/s以上であり、また、例えば、800mm2/s以下、好ましくは、700mm2/s以下である。動粘度は、JIS K 2283またはASTM D−445に従って測定される。
表1に示す処方において、各成分を配合し、ミキシングロールで混練することにより混練物(樹脂組成物)を調製した。
軟化剤の数平均分子量は、下記の装置および測定条件にて、標準ポリスチレン換算値により測定した。

(樹脂層の比重)
各実施例および各比較例で製造した樹脂層の比重を、寸法法により測定した。すなわち、樹脂層の質量を電子天秤で測量し、次いで、樹脂層の寸法をノギスにより測定して樹脂層の体積を算出した。そして、樹脂層の体積を樹脂層の質量で除することにより樹脂層の比重を算出した。
高化式フローテスタ(島津製作所社製、「CFT−500D」)を用い、ノズル長1.0mm、ノズル径1.0mmに調整し、温度60℃、荷重圧力20kgf/cm2(約0.98MPa)の条件で、各実施例および各比較例で調製した樹脂組成物のフロー粘度を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
各実施例および各比較例で製造した樹脂層を幅25mm、長さ100mmに切断してサンプルを作製し、サンプルをステンレス板に貼着した後、23℃で、ステンレス板に対して90度で速度300mm/分で万能引張試験機を用いてサンプルを剥離することにより、各樹脂層の90度剥離粘着力を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
0.8mm×80mm×200mmのSPCC鋼板表面に油を塗り、1日放置して被着体とした。
各実施例および各比較例で製造した制振材の樹脂層表面を手で軽く触り、手が黒く汚れるか否かを測定した。手が黒く汚れなかった場合を○と評価し、手が黒く汚れた場合を×と評価した。結果を表1に示す。
各実施例および各比較例で製造した制振材の0、20℃および40℃における2次共振点の損失係数を、損失係数測定装置を用いて、中央加振法にて下記の測定条件で測定した。具体的には、制振材を幅10mm、長さ250mmに切断して、サンプルを用意し、サンプルを被着体に貼着することにより損失係数を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
被着体:0.8mm×10mm×250mmのSPCC鋼板
周波数:500Hz(共振点より500Hzを算出)
・Sブチル再生ゴム:ムーニー粘度44±6(ML1+4(100℃))、比重1.16、縣護謨社製
・ポリブテンHV−15:商品名、液状ポリブテン、数平均分子量630、動粘度31±2mm2/s(100℃)、比重0.83、JX日鉱日石エネルギー社製
・ポリブテンHV−300:商品名、液状ポリブテン、数平均分子量1400、動粘度590mm2/s(100℃)、比重0.87、JX日鉱日石エネルギー社製
・炭酸カルシウム:重質炭酸カルシウム、比重2.7、丸尾カルシウム社製
・カーボンブラック:商品名「旭カーボン#50」、比重1.8、旭カーボン社製
・タルク:「輸入タルク」、比重2.7、ソブエクレー社製
・有機ベントナイト:商品名「オルガナイト」、モンモリロナイトを第4級アンモニウム塩(テトラブチルアンモニウム塩など)で表面処理した疎水性化合物、比重1.7、ホージュン社製
・エスコレッツ1202:商品名、石油系樹脂、軟化点100±5℃、比重0.98、エクソン社製

Claims (5)
- 樹脂層と、前記樹脂層に積層される拘束層とを備え、
前記樹脂層が、ブチルゴム、軟化剤および充填剤を含有する樹脂組成物から形成され、
前記軟化剤の数平均分子量が1000以上であり、
前記ブチルゴム100質量部に対し、前記充填剤の含有割合が10〜100質量部であり、
前記充填剤が、粘土鉱物および/または有機ベントナイトを含有することを特徴とする、制振材。 - 前記ブチルゴム100質量部に対して、前記軟化剤の含有割合が30〜150質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制振材。
- 前記軟化剤が、ポリブテンであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の制振材。
- 前記樹脂層が、前記ブチルゴム100質量部に対して、5〜150質量部の粘着付与剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の制振材。
- 前記樹脂層の比重が、1.20以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の制振材。
