Abstract
【解決手段】コンバイン3から作業部の稼働・非稼働情報、作業日情報、走行速度情報およびエンジン負荷率情報を受信する遠隔サーバ5において、所定期間毎に全ての作業部が非稼働で所定走行速度Va以上のときのエンジン負荷率Lの平均値Lmを演算し、ある所定期間の平均値Lmが当該所定期間までの平均値LMに対して所定の相違状態である場合に当該コンバイン3の走行系の動力伝達機構に異常が発生していると判定する。

[実施形態1]
なお、図3では、横軸に作業日を表し、縦軸にエンジン負荷率Lの1日の平均値Lmを表し、作業日とエンジン負荷率Lとの相関をグラフによって表している。
なお、図4では、異常判定制御S100の流れをフローチャートによって表している。
遠隔サーバ5及び異常判定制御S100によれば、コンバイン3の非作業かつ所定走行速度Va以上の場合のエンジン負荷率Lを、作業日毎に平均値LMを演算して平均値間で対比するので、予めしきい値を準備することなく走行系の動力伝達機構の異常発生を判定できる。
[実施形態2]
なお、図5の左上では、横軸に機種を表し、縦軸にエンジン負荷率Lの1日の平均値Lmを表し、機種とエンジン負荷率Lとの相関をグラフによって表している。また、図5の右下には、圃場10で作業するコンバイン3A・・・3Eを模式的に表している。
なお、図6では、異常判定制御S200の流れをフローチャートによって表している。
遠隔サーバ5及び異常判定制御S200によれば、同一作業状態のエンジン負荷率の平均値を、同一作業地域での他の同一機種の同様の平均値と対比するので、予めしきい値を準備することなく動力伝達機構の異常発生を判定できる。

Claims (2)
- 移動式作業機械から作業部の稼働・非稼働情報、作業日情報、移動速度情報およびエンジン負荷率情報を受信する遠隔サーバにおいて、
所定期間毎に全ての作業部が非稼働で所定移動速度以上のときのエンジン負荷率の平均値を演算し、ある所定期間の平均値が当該所定期間までの平均値に対して所定の相違状態である場合に当該移動式作業機械の移動用の動力伝達機構に異常が発生していると判定する、
遠隔サーバ。 - 移動式作業機械から機種情報、作業期間情報、位置情報、移動速度情報およびエンジン負荷率情報を受信する遠隔サーバにおいて、
位置情報に基づいて作業地域を特定し、ある特定の移動式作業機械の所定移動速度以上のときのエンジン負荷率の平均値を当該移動式作業機械以外の同一機種・同一作業日・同一作業地域の同一移動速度のときのエンジン負荷率の平均値と対比してある特定の移動式作業機械のエンジン負荷率が平均値より所定値以上高い作業期間が所定期間持続する場合に当該移動式作業機械の動力伝達機構に異常が発生していると判定する、
