Claims (8)
- 基板(2)上に配置された少なくとも1つの有機コンポーネント(1)と、
前記有機コンポーネント(1)を覆うパッケージ層(3)と、
を備え、
前記パッケージ層(3)は、
有機基質(7)に分散された湿気反応材料(4)のノジュールを有する少なくとも1つの湿気反応層(5)と、
前記湿気反応層(5)の上方に配置された第1バリヤ層(6)と、
前記湿気反応層(5)と前記有機コンポーネント(1)との間に配置された第2バリヤ層(6)と、
を備え、
前記有機コンポーネント(1)は、発光ダイオード、太陽電池、又は有機トランジスタから選択され、
前記湿気反応材料(4)はアルカリ土類材料及びアルカリ材料から選択され、 前記有機基質(7)は、ナフチルフェニルビフェニル(BPhen)系材料、8−ヒドロキシキノリン系材料、Spiro TAD系材料、Spiro TTB系材料、Spiro−NPB材料、Spiro−TPD系材料、及びBCP系材料から選択され、
前記第1及び第2バリヤ層(6)は、アルミナ、シリコン酸化物、シリコン窒化物、又はシリコン酸窒化物から選択される
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 基板(2)上に配置された少なくとも1つの有機コンポーネント(1)と、
前記有機コンポーネント(1)を覆うパッケージ層(3)と、
を備え、
前記パッケージ層(3)は、
湿気反応材料(4)の連続膜により形成される少なくとも1つの湿気反応層(5)と、
前記湿気反応層(5)の上方に配置された第1バリヤ層(6)と、
前記湿気反応層(5)と前記有機コンポーネント(1)との間に配置された第2バリヤ層(6)と、
を備え、
前記有機コンポーネント(1)は、発光ダイオード、太陽電池、又は有機トランジスタから選択され、
前記湿気反応材料(4)はアルカリ土類材料及びアルカリ材料から選択され、
前記第1及び第2バリヤ層(6)は、アルミナ、シリコン酸化物、シリコン窒化物、又はシリコン酸窒化物から選択されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記湿気反応材料は、カルシウム、セシウム、及びバリウムから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記湿気反応材料はカルシウムであり、前記有機基質はナフチルフェニルビフェニル(BPhen)系材料であることを特徴とする請求項1を引用する請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記パッケージ層(3)は、バリヤ層(6)及び湿気反応層(5)が交互になるものにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記基板(2)はポリマー材料で作られることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記コンポーネント(1)と基板(2)との間に、さらなる湿気反応層が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記パッケージ層(3)の前記第1バリヤ層(6)と前記第2バリヤ層(6)は、それぞれ最上層及び最下層であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
