Claims (5)
- 水に溶けると過酸化水素を発生する過酸化水素発生剤を溶かした洗浄液を入れた金属容器に負電圧を印加する負電極と、
前記洗浄液に正電圧を印加する正電極と、
前記負電極と前記正電極との間に電圧を印加する電源とを備え、
電圧印加時に発生する水酸化ラジカルで容器内表面を洗浄することを特徴とする金属容器を洗浄する洗浄装置。 - 前記負電極は前記金属容器の容器開口部に載置されたときに容器金属部に接続され、前記正電極は、棒状であり、前記金属容器内を上下方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属容器を洗浄する洗浄装置。
- 前記過酸化水素発生剤が過炭酸塩、過硼酸塩および過硫酸塩のうちいずれか1種、または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金属容器を洗浄する洗浄装置。
- 金属がむき出しの容器開口端に載置することで、前記負電極が容器金属部に電気的に接触接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属容器を洗浄する洗浄装置。
- 容器開口端に載置することで、容器内部にのびている前記負電極が容器内金属部に電気的に接触接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属容器を洗浄する洗浄装置。
