Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に関して、図1〜図3を用いて説明する。熱交換器20は、内部を流れる流体と、外部を流れる流体、たとえば空気とが熱交換するように構成される。熱交換器20は、少なくとも熱交換するコア部がアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなるアルミニウム製品である。
以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (6)
- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなるアルミニウム製品(20)の製造方法であって、
アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる部品(22)を加熱して、予め前記部品に付着しているろうをろう付けするろう付け工程と、
前記ろう付け工程後に、前記ろう付け工程にて加熱された前記部品が常温まで冷却される前に、前記部品に処理液を噴霧して冷却する噴霧工程と、を含むことを特徴とするアルミニウム製品の製造方法。 - 前記噴霧工程は、前記部品の温度が前記処理液の蒸発温度以上である間に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミニウム製品の製造方法。
- 前記処理液は、水であり、
前記処理液には、耐食性金属の化合物または空気清浄触媒のいずれか含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアルミニウム製品の製造方法。 - 前記アルミニウム製品は、熱交換器のコア部であり、
前記部品は、複数の部材(21)が組み付けられて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のアルミニウム製品の製造方法。 - 前記部品は、板状であり、
前記噴霧工程では、前記部品の厚み方向の両面に向けて前記処理液を噴霧して冷却することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のアルミニウム製品の製造方法。 - アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなるアルミニウム製品の製造装置(10)であって、
アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる部品を加熱して、予め前記部品に付着しているろうをろう付けするろう付け装置(11)と、
前記ろう付け後に、前記ろう付け装置にて加熱された前記部品が常温まで冷却される前に、前記部品に処理液を噴霧して冷却する冷却装置(13)と、を含むことを特徴とするアルミニウム製品の製造装置。
