Abstract
【解決手段】高周波用電線1は、絶縁性の樹脂からなる線材11aの外周側に金属層11bを被覆した複数本の素線20を圧縮してなる導体10と、導体10上に設けられるシース20と、を備え、導体10の各素線11は、変形率が0%を超え20%と以下となるように圧縮されている。圧縮は、例えば複数本の素線11を集束及びシース加工する際に行われる。

Claims (2)
- 絶縁性の樹脂からなる線材の外周側に金属層を被覆した複数本の素線を圧縮してなる導体と、
前記導体上に設けられるシースと、を備え、
前記導体の各素線は、変形率が0%を超え20%と以下となるように圧縮されている
ことを特徴とする高周波電線。 - 絶縁性の樹脂からなる線材の外周側に金属層を被覆して素線とする第1工程と、
前記第1工程にて得られた複数本の素線を集束及びシース加工することにより圧縮する第2工程と、を備え、
前記第2工程では、各素線の変形率が0%を超え20%と以下となるように圧縮する
ことを特徴とする高周波用電線の製造方法。
