Abstract

本发明公开了一种铝包钢绞线及生产方法,涉及电力线及制作方法。一种铝包钢绞线,包括钢芯和铝包层,钢芯是圆柱杆体结构,在钢芯外面包覆有铝包层。生产方法步骤:(一)制作钢线;(二)制作铝杆;(三)将铝线连续包覆于钢芯外面;(四)检验,制成成品。本发明解决了现有的铝包钢绞线由载流量小、导体电阻大;以及现有的铝包钢绞线生产工艺复杂,成本高的问题。

一种铝包钢绞线及生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电力线及制作方法。
背景技术
铝包钢导线,按用途分为包钢芯铝绞线、铝包钢绞线及铝包钢芯铝合金绞线。
在铝包钢坯杆制作过程中,坯杆中铝和钢的配比以及铝杆和钢丝表面的洁净程度。铝和钢的配比直接影响到拉制后的铝包钢线中铝层的厚度,进而影响到铝包钢的导电率。而铝杆和钢丝表面的洁净程度可以影响铝在钢丝上的包覆效果。
现有的铝包钢绞线由载流量小、导体电阻大。现有的铝包钢绞线生产工艺复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种铝包钢绞线及生产方法,本发明解决了现有的铝包钢绞线由载流量小、导体电阻大;以及现有的铝包钢绞线生产工艺复杂,成本高的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种铝包钢绞线,包括钢芯2和铝包层1,钢芯2是圆柱杆体结构,在钢芯2外面包覆有铝包层1。
一种铝包钢绞线的生产方法,按照如下步骤操作:
(一)制作钢线
按GB/T 3428-2002采购钢线,根据铝包钢线的生产工艺提出技术采购要求,并进行钢丝放线、钢丝校直、钢丝清洗、钢丝加热;
(二)制作铝杆
按GB/T 3954-2008采购铝杆,并提出满足设计生产的技术参数;并进行铝杆放线、铝杆校直、铝杆清洗;
(三)将铝线连续包覆于钢芯外面
坯杆制作,制作坯杆用铝杆和钢线严格按照试制工艺执行,在生产过程中必须保证铝杆和钢线清洗干净;
拉线,a)拉先用的坯杆必须按照试制工艺执行,拉线过程必须保证坯杆的干燥以及充分的润滑和冷却;b)拉线工艺和模具按试制工艺执行;
成品绞制,a)绞线用的铝包钢线的必须检验合格方可使用;b)绞线过程中严禁铝包钢线由刮伤、拉伤;铝包钢线各盘张力必须均匀一致;c)成品绞制的具体工艺按试制工艺执行;
(四)检验,制成成品。
本发明的产品是由铝包钢丝绞合而成的铝包钢绞线,由于铝包钢绞线在提高导线抗拉强度的同时增加了导线的导电截面,相对于钢绞线而言,铝包钢绞线由载流量大、导体电阻小等优点,提高了导线的导线的导电性能。
本发明的生产方法具有工艺过程简单,成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
下面用最佳的实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种铝包钢绞线,包括钢芯2和铝包层1,钢芯2是圆柱杆体结构,在钢芯2外面包覆有铝包层1。
一种铝包钢绞线的生产方法,按照如下步骤操作:
(一)制作钢线
按GB/T 3428-2002采购钢线,根据铝包钢线的生产工艺提出技术采购要求,并进行钢丝放线、钢丝校直、钢丝清洗、钢丝加热;
(二)制作铝杆
按GB/T 3954-2008采购铝杆,并提出满足设计生产的技术参数;并进行铝杆放线、铝杆校直、铝杆清洗;
(三)将铝线连续包覆于钢芯外面
坯杆制作,制作坯杆用铝杆和钢线严格按照试制工艺执行,在生产过程中必须保证铝杆和钢线清洗干净;
拉线,a)拉先用的坯杆必须按照试制工艺执行,拉线过程必须保证坯杆的干燥以及充分的润滑和冷却;b)拉线工艺和模具按试制工艺执行;
成品绞制,a)绞线用的铝包钢线的必须检验合格方可使用;b)绞线过程中严禁铝包钢线由刮伤、拉伤;铝包钢线各盘张力必须均匀一致;c)成品绞制的具体工艺按试制工艺执行;
(四)检验,制成成品。
本发明的生产工艺主要特点是注重清洗方面的工作,保证无杂物,保证清洗剂的质量,以及在操作过程中保持环境的卫生。在铝包钢单线拉制过程中,需要双金属同步拉伸工艺,在拉伸过程中双金属同步拉伸的控制是个难点。

1.一种铝包钢绞线,其特征在于,包括钢芯(2)和铝包层(1),钢芯(2)是圆柱杆体结构,在钢芯(2)外面包覆有铝包层(1)。
2.一种铝包钢绞线的生产方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤操作:
(一)制作钢线
按GB/T 3428-2002采购钢线,根据铝包钢线的生产工艺提出技术采购要求,并进行钢丝放线、钢丝校直、钢丝清洗、钢丝加热;
(二)制作铝杆
按GB/T 3954-2008采购铝杆,并提出满足设计生产的技术参数;并进行铝杆放线、铝杆校直、铝杆清洗;
(三)将铝线连续包覆于钢芯外面
坯杆制作,制作坯杆用铝杆和钢线严格按照试制工艺执行,在生产过程中必须保证铝杆和钢线清洗干净;
