背景技术
在输电线路中,经常使用的电缆线是钢绞线,这主要是因为钢绞线具有较好的抗拉性能,但与铜、铝等金属相比,钢的导电性能要差一些。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既具有较好导电性能又具有较好抗拉性能的电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电缆,由多根圆导线绞合而成,所述的圆导线为铝包钢芯导线。
所述的圆导线至少有七根。
采用上述技术方案的电缆,由多根铝包钢芯圆导线绞制而成,与相同重量的钢绞线相比,其抗拉性能没有降低,但其导电截面有所增加,因此有载流量大、电阻小的优点,其导电性能有了较大提高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的电缆,由七根圆导线绞合而成,每根圆导线的中心为钢芯1,钢芯外包覆有铝层2。
七根圆导线中,由一根在中心做线芯,另外六根绞合在线芯上。当需要较粗的电缆时,可以用更多的圆导线进行绞合。
由于钢芯的存在,这种电缆仍具有较好的抗拉性能。而铝的比重比钢小很多,且铝的导电性能要好于钢,因此这种电缆与相同重量的钢绞线相比,其导电截面有所增加,因此有载流量大、电阻小的优点,其导电性能有了较大提高。
