本实用新型公开了一种异芯电缆。包括最外层的绝缘层,在绝缘层内的中间部分是低成本材料制作的芯线,芯线的外周与绝缘层间是铜或铝绞线。由于采用了上述技术方案,电缆的中间部分芯线采用钢绞线、聚乙烯或其它低成本材料,周围使用铜、铝绞线。铜、铝绞线紧密地绞在钢绞线或其它材料制作的填充物的周围。可大量减少铜、铝金属的用量,节省铜、铝金属,且电缆的载流量几乎不变。有益效果是:结构简单、布局合理,在保持电缆的载流量几乎不变的情况下可大量减少铜、铝金属的用量,节省铜、铝金属,降低电缆成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆。具体是一种异芯电缆。主要适用于电力电缆、低压绝缘导线和中间部分不为钢芯的架空绝缘异芯铝绞线。
背景技术
目前所使用的铜、铝电缆,由导电部分和包裹在外面的绝缘层组成。导电部分材质全部采用铜金属或铝金属;用于铜金属、铝金属价格很高;造成铜、铝金属的资源浪费,且电缆成本过高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种异芯电缆。
本实用新型是以如下技术方案实现的:一种异芯电缆,包括最外层的绝缘层,在绝缘层内的中间部分是低成本材料制作的芯线,芯线的外周与绝缘层间是铜或铝绞线。
由于采用了上述技术方案,电缆的中间部分芯线采用钢绞线、聚乙烯或其它低成本材料,周围使用铜、铝绞线。铜、铝绞线紧密地绞在钢绞线或其它材料制作的填充物的周围。可大量减少铜、铝金属的用量,节省铜、铝金属,且电缆的载流量几乎不变。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单、布局合理,在保持电缆的载流量几乎不变的情况下可大量减少铜、铝金属的用量,节省铜、铝金属,降低电缆成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,异芯电缆包括最外层的绝缘层1,在绝缘层1内的中间部分是低成本材料制作的芯线3,芯线3的外周与绝缘层1间是铜或铝绞线2。芯线3是钢绞线、聚乙烯线条或其它低成本材料制作的线条。

1.一种异芯电缆,包括最外层的绝缘层(1),其特征是:在绝缘层(1)内的中间部分是芯线(3),芯线(3)的外周与绝缘层(1)间是铜或铝绞线(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异芯电缆,其特征是:所述的芯线(3)是钢绞线或聚乙烯线条。
