本实用新型的目的是提供一种既具有较好导电性能又具有较好抗拉性能的新型电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种新型电缆,包括一根圆芯线,所述的芯线为铝包钢芯导线,芯线外绞合有铝合金导线,铝合金导线的截面为梯形。

采用上述技术方案的新型电缆,由一根铝包钢芯导线和多根梯形铝合金导线绞制而成,铝包钢芯导线有较好的抗拉性能,梯形铝合金导线之间结合紧密,可增加导电截面,从而增加载流量,铝合金导线与钢绞线相比,具有较好的导电性能,同时也具有一定的抗拉性能,因此整个电缆既具有较好的抗拉性能,又具有较好的导电性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的新型电缆,包括一根圆芯线,芯线的中心为钢芯1,钢芯外包覆有铝层2,芯线外绞合有十二根铝合金导线3,铝合金导线的截面为梯形。
采用梯形导线,可以使导线之间紧密结合,与常见的圆形导线相比,在外径相同的情况下,电缆的导电截面有所增加,从而有助于增大电缆的载流量。
铝包钢芯导线有一定的抗拉性能,铝合金导线也具有一定的抗拉性能,因此这种新型电缆具有较好的抗拉性能。而铝合金的比重比钢小,且铝合金的导电性能要好于钢,因此这种新型电缆与相同重量的钢绞线相比,其导电截面有所增加,因此有载流量大、电阻小的优点,其导电性能有了较大提高。
