本实用新型属于电缆线，尤其涉及一种既具有较好导电性能又具有较好抗拉性能的铝包钢芯铝合金绞线。
背景技术
在输电线路中，由于塔杆之间有一定的跨度，因此需要架空电缆具有较好的抗拉性能，经常使用的电缆线是钢绞线，这主要是因为钢绞线具有较好的抗拉性能，但与铜、铝等金属相比，钢的导电性能要差一些。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既具有较好导电性能又具有较好抗拉性能的铝包钢芯铝合金绞线。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种铝包钢芯铝合金绞线，包括一根芯线，所述的芯线为铝包钢芯导线，芯线外绞合有铝合金导线，铝合金导线的截面为Z形。
所述的芯线截面为圆形。
采用上述技术方案的铝包钢芯铝合金绞线，由一根铝包钢芯导线和多根Z形铝合金导线绞制而成，铝包钢芯导线有较好的抗拉性能，铝合金导线也具有一定的抗拉性能，而且Z形铝合金导线之间结合紧密，可增加导电截面，从而增加载流量，因此既具有较好的抗拉性能，又具有较好的导电性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的铝包钢芯铝合金绞线，包括一个芯线，芯线为圆形铝包钢芯导线，铝包钢芯导线的中心为钢芯1，钢芯外包覆有铝层2，芯线外绞合有铝合金导线3，铝合金导线的截面为Z形。
采用Z形导线，可以使导线之间紧密结合，与常见的圆形导线相比，在外径相同的情况下，导电截面有所增加，从而有助于增大载流量。
铝合金的比重比钢小很多，且铝合金的导电性能要好于钢，因此这种电缆线与相同重量的钢绞线相比，其导电截面有所增加，因此有载流量大、电阻小的优点，其导电性能有了较大提高。由铝包钢芯导线绞合而成的线芯，仍具有较好的抗拉性能，同时铝合金导线也具有一定的抗拉性能，因此整个电缆既具有较好的抗拉性能，又具有较好的导电性能。

1.一种铝包钢芯铝合金绞线，包括一根芯线，其特征在于：所述的芯线为铝包钢芯导线，芯线外绞合有铝合金导线，铝合金导线的截面为Z形。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝包钢芯铝合金绞线，其特征在于：所述的芯线截面为圆形。
