Abstract
本发明涉及一种架空电缆,包括一根圆芯线,所述的芯线为铝包钢芯导线,芯线外绞合有圆铝合金导线。这种架空电缆,由一根铝包钢芯导线和多根铝合金导线绞制而成,铝包钢芯导线有较好的抗拉性能,铝合金导线与钢绞线相比,具有较好的导电性能,同时也具有一定的抗拉性能,因此整个电缆既具有较好的抗拉性能,又具有较好的导电性能。

本发明属于电缆,尤其涉及一种架空电缆。
背景技术
在输电线路中,经常使用的架空电缆线是钢绞线,这主要是因为钢绞线具有较好的抗拉性能,但与铜、铝等金属相比,钢的导电性能要差一些。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既具有较好导电性能又具有较好抗拉性能的架空电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种架空电缆,包括一根圆芯线,所述的芯线为铝包钢芯导线,芯线外绞合有圆铝合金导线。
所述的铝合金导线至少有六根。
采用上述技术方案的架空电缆,由一根铝包钢芯导线和多根铝合金导线绞制而成,铝包钢芯导线有较好的抗拉性能,铝合金导线与钢绞线相比,具有较好的导电性能,同时也具有一定的抗拉性能,因此整个电缆既具有较好的抗拉性能,又具有较好的导电性能。

如图1所示的架空电缆,包括一根圆芯线,芯线的中心为钢芯1,钢芯外包覆有铝层2,芯线外绞合有六根圆形铝合金导线3。
当需要较粗的架空电缆时,可以用更多的铝合金导线进行绞合。
铝包钢芯导线有一定的抗拉性能,铝合金导线也具有一定的抗拉性能,因此这种架空电缆具有较好的抗拉性能。而铝合金的比重比钢小,且铝合金的导电性能要好于钢,因此这种架空电缆与相同重量的钢绞线相比,其导电截面有所增加,因此有载流量大、电阻小的优点,其导电性能有了较大提高。

1.一种架空电缆,包括一根圆芯线,其特征在于:所述的芯线为铝包钢芯导线,芯线外绞合有圆铝合金导线。
