Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態1に係るU字形サスペンションについて、図1乃至図5を用いて説明する。
コラムリング123は、例えば鋼鉄で環状に形成されており、U字型ばね部110と内側固定板122との間に配置される。このコラムリング123に当接した状態で、U字型ばね部110の上側端部110aは、保持機構120に保持される。
[発明の実施の形態2]
以下、本発明の実施の形態2に係るU字形サスペンションについて、図6を用いて説明する。

Claims (6)
- 放射状に配置され、非荷重状態で略U字形状を呈する、複数のU字形ばね部と、
該複数のU字形ばね部の第1の端部をそれぞれ保持する第1の保持機構と、
該第1の保持機構に対向して配置され、前記複数のU字形ばね部の第2の端部をそれぞれ保持する第2の保持機構と、
を備えることを特徴とするU字形サスペンション。 - 前記第1、第2の保持機構は、前記U字形ばね部の前記第1、第2の端部を、該第1、第2の端部を結ぶ直線方向への移動が自在となるように保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のU字型サスペンション。
- 前記第1、第2の保持機構は、
前記U字形ばね部の前記第1、第2の端部の外側面に対向する外側固定板と、
前記第1、第2の端部の内側面に対向する内側固定板と、
前記第1、第2の端部に設けられた貫通孔を貫通して、外側固定板及び前記内側固定板にネジ止めされるネジ止め機構と、
前記外側固定板と前記内側固定板との間に配置されて、該外側固定板又は該内側固定板に前記第1、第2の端部を当接させる介在部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のU字形サスペンション。 - 前記介在部材は、環状部材であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のU字型サスペンション。
- 前記第1の保持機構は、前記U字形ばね部が前記第1、第2の端部が近づく方向に所定量変位したときに、前記第2の保持機構に当接する、センターブロックを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のU字形サスペンション。
- 前記U字形ばね部は、複数の略U字形状の弾性材を重ね合わせて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のU字形サスペンション。
