Abstract

Claims (18)
- 少なくとも一部が一つのチャンバーを画成するコンポーネントを有するタイヤ用の装置であって、
前記コンポーネントは、前記タイヤ内の圧力修正のための形状記憶を有し、タイヤの一部であるか又は補助構造物であって前記タイヤの壁に隣接すると共に閉じた状態で前記タイヤ壁に沿って延びるように位置し、前記チャンバーは、前記チャンバー(1)の第1端で前記タイヤの内部と連通し、前記チャンバー(1)の第2端で外部環境と連通し、前記チャンバーは湾曲した中空の溝の形状であり、
前記チャンバー(1)は、一対の表面(10)の少なくとも一部から形成された少なくとも一つの包囲壁を有し、前記表面(10)の前記少なくとも一部において、前記表面(10)間に 0 <α< 120°の範囲内の角度αを成して前記表面(10)の接続端を構成したことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記チャンバー(1)は、その少なくとも一部がリング状、又は少なくとも一部がらせん状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された装置。
- 前記チャンバー(1)は、前記タイヤの側壁(4)のビードに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載された装置。
- 前記チャンバー(1)が、前記タイヤ側壁(4)と、リム(7)、ハブキャップ又は前記リム(7)若しくはハブキャップに連結された支持体(15)の少なくとも一つとの間に挿入された前記補助構造物(6)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載された装置。
- 前記チャンバー(1)を備えた前記補助構造物(6)は、前記リム(7)又はハブキャップ又はタイヤ側壁(4)に堅固に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載された装置。
- 前記チャンバー(1)を備えた前記補助構造物(6)の形状は、一方の側で前記タイヤ(4)の側壁に他方の側で前記リム(7)に堅固に連結されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載された装置。
- 前記チャンバー(1)は、少なくとも一端で部材(19)で境となることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載された装置。
- 前記チャンバー(1)は、タイヤ(4)、リム(7)、支持体(15)又はハブキャップの少なくとも一つと相互連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載された装置。
- 幅が0.1mmから200mmであって厚さが0.01から100mmのマトリックス(9)は、前記タイヤ(4)又は前記補助構造物(6)の側壁を形成する層の間に置かれ、それから、加硫が実施され、前記挿入されたマトリックス(9)は、全体が、又は前記チャンバー(1)の全体若しくは一部の長さに対応する長さが、引抜かれることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載された装置のチャンバー(1)の製造方法。
- 前記マトリックス(9)の厚さは、前記マトリックス(9)の幅の少なくとも一部で、前記マトリックス(9)の中心軸から離れる方向で変化することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載された製造方法。
- 前記マトリックス(9)が引抜かれ、部材(19)は、前記タイヤ(4)の壁又は前記補助構造物(6)の壁から外向きに開口する略U字形に形成されたスロット内へと挿入され、
前記部材(19)は前記チャンバー(1)内に配置されたところで、前記部材(19)の断面は、前記チャンバー(1)の断面と少なくとも一点で一致することを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載された製造方法。 - 前記マトリックス(9)は、少なくとも二つの部分に分割され、前記チャンバー(1)の長さに対応する第1の部分は加硫後に引抜かれ、前記マトリックス(9)の補助的部分は、前記タイヤ(4)内に又は前記補助構造物(6)内に、残されることを特徴とする、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載された製造方法。
- 前記部材(19)は、少なくとも一端で溝(913)に取付けられ、前記溝は、前記チャンバー(1)の端部の面(12)で開口し、前記タイヤ(4)の外側又は前記補助構造物(6)の外側の自由空間へと連通することを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載された製造方法。
- 前記チャンバー(1)の少なくとも一部は、圧搾、押出成形、研削、研磨、機械加工、切断、溶解又は燃焼されることを特徴とする、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載された製造方法。
- 前記チャンバー(1)を含むホースは、スロット内へと挿入され、及び/又は負荷されていないチャンバー(1)の断面積より小さい断面積を有するホース断面の中実部分に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載された製造方法。
- 前記チャンバー(1)の壁の少なくとも一部に作用する力が、略垂直方向の力であることを特徴とする、請求項9から15のいずれか一項に記載された製造方法。
- 前記壁は、前記補助構造物(6)の取付け用のプロファイルに取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載された装置を備えたタイヤ。
- 前記壁の少なくとも一つは、前記補助構造物(6)の取付け用のプロファイルに取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載された装置を備えたホイールリム。
